I can't copy and paste a link rather annoyingly - but this is my follow on thread from my original How far can he take the stressed from work excuse?

It burst at the seams with all the fantastic MN support I received and so I have started a new one as I carry on my journey of divorcing my very abusive husband.

It's done!!!!!

He got the papers at 10.50am. I was in the freedom programme so missed his 5 calls but answered my solicitors call who confirmed it!!

Woah don't know how I feel - my mum called me - he's been on the phone to them, in shock, never saw this happening, thought we were working things out.

The lovely lady from the freedom prog is coming back with me to be there while I talk to the police

He's told my mum he can't come back to the house as that will be seen as aggressive

I'm In shock I think hahaha!!!!!!!!

Urgh well the police misled me, they aren't coming over at 1, they're booked to call me from 1 so I said don't worry to the FP lady and have just come home.
