Sometimes I sleep in my underwired bras and it's fine. No digging because they are the right size. Just snug around the ribcage as it should be, although that is why I do prefer to sleep without and to let the skin breathe.

How do you do it, Sorrel?

I don't (34 E). The only underwear I ever wear in bed is socks on very cold nights.

36H and no bra. Currently bfing 12 week old DD and sleep on a towel to catch any leaks.

Yes I have I am now a 32B and not a 34A. I really am that under endowed

I am 32H and wear a light sports bra to bed, too uncomfortable without one.

32 GG and I like them strapped in! It's a sports bra that's a bit too big to be used as a sports bra anymore
