Sorry if slightt off topic, watching that body shockers thing and it just got mentioned!

I do... Is that weird? Does it make a difference?

I have large ones too, couldn't sleep with a bra on, can't wait to get it off at the end of the day.

Pascha · 20/02/2014 22:40

I absolutely hated wearing a bra at night after having babies and as soon as they stopped leaking too much (about 15-16 weeks?) I ripped them off and slept with a towel under me instead.

I cannot fathom how anyone could possibly be more comfortable with one on than not while lying down.

bouncyboobs · 20/02/2014 22:43

I am going to experiment tonight, perhaps this will lead to a whole new me! Bodyshockers has now got to the 'girls regretting their breat enlargement' bit- clearly not the way forward.

Do you think having had children changes your habits?

recently I bought a soft bra as my bras were digging in and I had a scab on my back.

wouldn't wear it in bed.

Offred · 20/02/2014 22:58

I sometimes wear a feeding/maternity bra to bed depending on what top I'm wearing. I tend to either be completely naked or fully clothed in bed.

Once fell asleep in a steel boned corset... That made me feel like my ribs would never return to their normal position again.

hmc · 20/02/2014 23:04

Yes because I once read that Marilyn Monroe did Blush

It looks like you need a bra intervention. Usual suspects can be found in style, I think.

In any case it looks like you have too small cups and possibly too larger back. Did they ride up the back and had too much weight on the shoulders?

Lweji · 20/02/2014 23:14

And take it off most nights.

gamerchick · 20/02/2014 23:20

christ no... it's off and slung across the room as soon as I get in the house.

MissHobart · 21/02/2014 00:01

32FF - Bra comes off asap! If I'm at home all day I don't even put on one! Would never wear one to bed, very uncomfortable!

I'm also part of the good stretch and scratch brigade! Grin

doubleshotespresso · 21/02/2014 00:11

I do -every night!

Apatite1 · 21/02/2014 00:17

34E. Never!

fieldfare · 21/02/2014 00:17

God no!

RubyGoat · 21/02/2014 00:20

Haha! No, I only did while I was bf because I needed it to keeps the milk pads in place. I'm a M&S 34A (actually a 30DD) so I only bother wearing a bra during the day to give me some semblance of a bosom. I look like a boy without one...

poppins30 · 21/02/2014 00:21

I too am a 'take it off and chuck it across the room' girl when I get home. Such a nice feeling to be free!

I struggled with BF bras and found them really uncomfortable. I have big boobs (38F) but I need to be really comfy to sleep well so no bra for me.

peepingoutofhtetumbledrier · 21/02/2014 00:37

"34A (actually a 30DD)"

Eh? How does that work?

rumbelina · 21/02/2014 01:35

I don't even wear it in the house (36dd). I have to grab onto them while I run upstairs though or all hell would break loose.

tokentotty · 21/02/2014 01:37

Apparently Marilyn Monroe always wore a bra when she slept alone.

tokentotty · 21/02/2014 01:38

Feel like Sarah Milican....Perhaps that's why mine look like shite now ffs???

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 21/02/2014 01:38

Yes, I do.

Runbelina, have you had a bra intervention?

Peeping, M&S measuring methodology is wrong.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 21/02/2014 01:45

I love my boobs. I set them free at bedtime. They always come back to me Grin

FastWindow · 21/02/2014 01:45

Ah I used to when the milk first came in and was too much for the baby. 21 weeks in and boobs and baby are well matched. Always a poor 36b (if I was lucky) but I'd happily never buy a bra again if I wasn't so self conscious of nipple pointyness.

My dh does a great line in one handed bra removal. Every day after work, that was his first job. Freee!!!

Terrortree · 21/02/2014 01:52

I wear a sports bra as I work outdoors. Mostly I sleep in one (34D) but if the elastic starts to warp, then no I can't sleep in it.

On my days off, I do not wear a bra.

TerribleMother · 21/02/2014 02:02

Have only just stopped wearing one at night as stopped breastfeeding overnight. Youngest is 13mths. Even at 1yr old, for some bizarre reason I would still leak overnight without a bra but didn't if I wore one. Tbh, after wearing one all through ds3 pregnancy, bf, then rolled into ds4 pregnancy and bf, so about 3.5yrs in total, it's taking a bit of getting used to. (30E/F here).

Wrapdress · 21/02/2014 02:21

32D. Never to bed, except for pregnancy time when they got bigger and painful and sleeping in a bra helped the pain.
