Feeling invisible .....wave at a mate!

Following on from Trish's good idea (and by request) this thread is the place to play 'bag a buddy' 'wave at a mate' or 'grab someone else's grip for a minute'

The original idea from the invisble thread was that it would be a brilliant idea if people had a friend they could pair up with ....just so someone is going to wave at you when you feel down.
It needed a thread.
This is it .....................

Ooh yes, downstairs. I definitely don't miss waybuloo! Nauseating, and weird dubbing.

All time worst are shouty baby jake and frightening dirtgirlworld.

When dd and DP want to annoy me, they follow me about saying," goggy gee Ah".

taffleee · 24/10/2013 21:55

Like I said, get the kids watching the classic 80's early 90's stuff!! They'll enjoy more anyway!!

Why hasn't someone like sky got onto this?? You know we'd all enjoy watching it with the kids aswell, and they'd love them just as much as we did!!

Fraggle rock was awesome lol!

Catacomb - my oldest is called Jake, 'baby jake' was worst thing ever for him, my little boy sings it too him all the time, winds him up something cronic lol!!!

Annagramma · 24/10/2013 21:58

Baby Jake made dd3 cry in fear. Hmm

taffleee · 24/10/2013 22:01

DownstairsMixUp Knightmare and fun house the worst of them!! Try Count Duckula, Dangermouse, Trap Door, Fraggele Rock, Gummi Bears...

HaroldLloyd · 24/10/2013 22:03

Me and DS love Baby Jake, I can quite see how it would be scarey though.

Captain Spacey and the Hamsternauts are very cute.

Whats more scarey is this:

Baby Jake is going to get you

taffleee · 24/10/2013 22:03

Here is a link to the acronyms page if you haven't found it yet. There are a few notable omissions but Hester has only recently dreamed up WKPP, and no-one much wants to use ODFOD on here Grin

To put a name in bold, put an asterisk on either side of it meme ...but without the spaces! then you get meme

Its busy here tonight Smile

DD didn't like Fraggle Rock Sad
Can't persuade her to try The Flumps
She loves Bagpuss and Camberwick Green though Grin
Have The Clangers waiting in the wings

HaroldLloyd · 24/10/2013 22:26

Did anyone think Pat Sharpe was a bit of a hunk?

Welcome taffleee & Downstairsmixup!

Thanks Humpday, seems a fair explanation from MNHQ. I'm really surprised AF has been reported so many times.

Harold i'm also scared of being a MIL. DS is going to stay with me forever Wink.

Does anyone remember Rentaghost?

HaroldLloyd · 24/10/2013 23:11

In AWE of bounding at this time of night.

Yes to Rentaghost! Loved that too.

PerpendicularVincentPrice · 24/10/2013 23:18

I need to lose baby weight Harold and bounding burns more calories especially as i've just eaten some nutella out of the jar with a spoon.

Mr Claypole rocks!! Where is Reprint???!!

MrsCakesPremonition · 24/10/2013 23:47

Just to clarify - Pat Sharp was never a hunk.

Mr Claypole seems to have been reincarnated as Russell Brand - poor man.
