I put a question up on one of the other forums and one of the things that struck me was the range of numbers people said they had previously been with. This isnt meant to be a thread for judgements or arguments, but I was wondering what people's number of sexual partners is. And whether your OH knows this. If you read my other thread you will know why I am asking.

13 I think. It is a very long time since I counted. 4 in the last 20 years, and one of those was a pity shag from an ex.

I'm 31 of age and have slept with 50 (ish) I think before DH. As a couple of people UT have said, I gave up counting as I started to feel a bit Blush, but it didn't make me feel that bad as I still continued to indulge. And my goodness it was fun! Grin.

No more partners since being with DP. And, I believe DP has been with 4 women, including me. We have discussed past relationships etc and he has mentioned on a few occasions that he's sad that he wasn't more sexually confident when he was young and single. Tbh I do few sad when he mentions that as I do think he missed out (a little), especially as he is a wonderful man and had no reason to have such little confidence in himself.

I'm 39 and approaching 50 or so I think. Went a bid mad in my late 20s, and being relatively recently divorced have experienced something of a renaissance, but don't keep an exact count as it feels a little bit like trainspotting

Surprised how many people are in 3 figures. My number is under 50 (just) and I guess if I hadn't met my husband when I was 23 I may have reached it too by now but I dont know anyone in 3 figures. Is it common?

I must be somewhere between 50 and 100 I would guess. I'm pretty sure that's more than DH, but I think he thinks my number is much lower. Combination of various factors, ethical slut (SGB I love that), one night stands, lots of short term boyfriends, and a lot bit of inappropriate behaviour brought on by manic phases of bipolar disorder - one of the symptoms can be what they call hypersexuality and it is as fun and as dangerous as it sounds Blush Grin
