Just watching the Jam factory esp Smile

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 18:36

I have just succumbed to a pub pie. No energy to cook as I have a bloody migraine, first in ages. Pie was probably a bad idea. Humph. Should have had Kitty's din.

Midwife99 · 10/04/2013 18:38

Are you bumpy too Mini? Thanks

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 18:54

No strangely, am just weird. I saw a client this morning and she was wearing quite a strong perfume, as she was leaving I realised I couldn't see her properly and had the aura, I took sumatriptan straight away, nothing much happened, then had to drive and have a meeting, now the headache.
Did any babies happen?

Midwife99 · 10/04/2013 19:29

Yes 2 today plus a big clinic! Smile

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 19:43

Aw. I have attended 4 births, excluding my own, such a priviledge to be with the mother and newborn.you must have great job satisfaction.

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 19:44

Privilege, trying to get spelling right. I am a very creative speller, predictive doesn't help.

Midwife99 · 10/04/2013 20:00

Yes although it's very tiring because we are always so short staffed sadly

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 20:09

I can imagine. Babies don't tend to work to a timetable do they.
Then you have to peddle home on your bike.

Midwife99 · 10/04/2013 20:11

Quite! And it's very hilly round here! Grin

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 20:25

It is, those hills are an amazing barrier. My venture over the hill is usually to waitrose. My shopping treat. So naice. I have got a bit of work over there in May too.

MrsShrek3 · 10/04/2013 20:27

pmsl at creative speller Grin (My ds1 is one of those too)

Midwife99 · 10/04/2013 20:44

I have a naice free pot of tea in hilly Waitrose with my loyalty card. Such pretty teapot & cup thingies! Meanwhile spend. £30 buying a pint of milk (Duchy Organic of course!!) Wink

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 10/04/2013 21:22

Ah hilly waitrose; pick me up some samphire while you are there please themidwife? Sorry, not veggie but real Agnes pie. Next time I'll remember you and whip up some colcannon and an accompanying veggie treat. Grin I'm an ex-veganShock

Was it alright stars? Not too peppery? Mr fontanelle and littlekitty love the pepper.

Littlekitty had two portions with peas and cabbage and some blueberries and a yoghurt; gannet

Mrs Grin....peddle home after....that made me giggle Grin

Themidwife, you are a baby catching wonder Smile

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 21:30

Blush I too have loyalty card keeping up with the midwife
Your shepherds pie sound yum. I am beginning to regret pub pie. Feel horribly bloated. Have come to bed, mr mini is out, and my head is ok if I don't move, so I thought horizontal is best. Re sootikins. Did google in the end. It was not as funny as my imagined definition which went along the lines of a vagazzle in the form of a Sooty face on the pubes.Grin I have too much imagination me.

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 10/04/2013 22:18

Mini your sooty-faced vajazzle made me do a spontaneous, pretty, tinkling laugh. How ladylike Hmm

The two will always be linked now in my mind along with poor, lovely Raul Julia that's how my brain works. Blush

I'm sorry for your troubled tummySad Next time come to kitty's restaurant for sure.

OP posts:
MrsShrek3 · 10/04/2013 22:20

MrsShrek3 · 10/04/2013 22:21

ooh no, kitty tinkled and blames mini Grin that's worseWink

Minimammoth · 10/04/2013 22:28

That's amazing considering the distance.

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 10/04/2013 22:52

I actually did tinkle the other day..... I sneezed at the tip of our road and well, you know the rest. Shock

Damp shame Blush
