Welcome!

OP posts:

She said she felt "exactly the same as I did."

She loves me and so do her children
She feels more for me than she has ever felt for a boyfriend
She feels as though I am part of her
She thinks the world of me
She was devasted at the thought if bit seeing me again
From the bottom of her heart she didn't want to lose me

And some other things along them lines

Gay40 · 18/04/2012 23:36

I'm not sure, Mrs G put it on while I was report-writing

Cherriesarelovely · 18/04/2012 23:38

Well.....can there be any doubt??? The last thing I would want to do would be to unwittingly build up your hopes but, honestly, who says that kind of thing to ANY platonic friend, let alone one you have only known for a week or so? "Devastated at the thought of not seeing you"!!!

Cherriesarelovely · 18/04/2012 23:40

If I was in your position I don't know if I could trust myself in a 2 woman tent in those circumstances!!!!

HepHep · 18/04/2012 23:41

Frankly I'd be wildly alarmed if anyone I knew said those things when we'd only know each other a few weeks! Grin But don't want to piss on your campfire, sleepless. You clearly have a lovely friend there at the very least, which is ace.

sleeplessindenial · 18/04/2012 23:41

She does keep saying she doesn't want the physical side of things though and talking about men so who knows.

I am just going to enjoy the closeness and friendship for what it is for now.

It took so much to tell her how I felt but I am so glad I did Smile

sleeplessindenial · 18/04/2012 23:43

We also have shared not very nice experiences too, and it's nice to have someone that understands

Cherriesarelovely · 18/04/2012 23:44

You were really brave to do that, I agree.

Anyway, I MUST get to bed, I worried that I was addicted to MN and that was before this thread started!

Night all x

sleeplessindenial · 19/04/2012 00:04

Night cherries Smile

sleeplessindenial · 19/04/2012 08:47

Morning all Smile

teedeeuk · 19/04/2012 09:52

Sleepless, I've just had the chance to catch up with this thread. So much happening in such a short time!!
I do hope things go very well for you :)

Gay40 · 19/04/2012 11:16

It's Thursday, and two of our number have potential excitement going on over the weekend.
Polly and Likea....are you Getting Ready?

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 11:29

Cherries and Hep you mest have missed the dramatic end of the last thread, sleepless talked about all of this there, and she told thw wiq the same (strong sentiments) so it's not juts wiq suddenly telling her. Hep, they did manage to spend a LOT of time together on these two weeks, there is you know such thing is people just recognising each other quickly as soulmates or feel magnetically drawn, I wouldn't say it's alarming in this case.
G40 I'm only seeing mine on sunday (I hope) and it will probably be brief - I just hope there won't be other people around so tat she's distracted. It's not a date though as you know. polly's drink can be much more to write home about though! I'm slightly worried that she will fall for wiq even more, if that goes well, but still it won't be clear from wiq.

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 11:31

sorry for typos again

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 11:31

*as people recognising

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 11:32

*it's NOT alarming (no ,I should NOT type before i have my coffee)

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 11:35

actually the last one didn't need correcting (give me strength!)

pollyblue · 19/04/2012 12:19

likea I think you need a little sit on your yoga mat and a spot of 'ohmmmm'-ing. Grin

Good morning all Smile I have PMT! hahaha So Saturday (assuming the Bolter deigns to get back in touch with a time to meet up) could be interesting....It might turn into four pints, a packet of crisps and a glare.

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 12:27

polly I've done a lot of that just last night in a long class, no, I need to MOVE to get my brain working in the morning - am going out to get some fresh air.
You still didn't get the time? you really must get her number before Sat, you have a good excuse that you'll need if you are late etc.

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 12:29

I'd go mental with that text in a week scenatio where she doesn't finalise arrangements (I do like my wiq for the fact that she's considerate and I always have well assurance in advanve of any meetings ).

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 12:29

scenario

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 12:30

well in advance

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 12:31

I think I also am getting to PMT stage, as it makes me exremely unfocused and it's very hard to concentrate on detail (even for me so many typos are not normal!)

AllotmentFreak · 19/04/2012 12:57

Hi all :)

So sleepless's wiq says she is 'definitely not gay' Hmm we've heard that before on the other thread from other posters, my own feeling is she is testing the water with the camping trip.Wink

Sleepless - what does DP say about this trip? Just wondering because my ex would have gone mental over it lol!

likeatonneofbricks · 19/04/2012 13:04

Allotment, as the trip is in July, who knows, maybe sleepless won't be with her partner any longer.
