Don't know if you've heard of the Freedom Programme OP. It's a brilliant programme for anyone who is/has been in an abusive relationship. There are classes all around the country, bound to be one near you. I just get a feeling your relationship may be abusive - you could at least check it out. Total confidentiality assured.
