Don't forget Kathy is being a pain too. Remember how Kenton told her that turning Jax into a bar was going to be the turning point of his life. The one thing he could make a success of his life with, after so many things going wrong for him. Now she is rubbing his face in it.

Yes! Now I finally know the names of two Archers characters (despite listening it for ages on and off and never really understanding it), I know they need to go. God Pip's annoying. That wingey hard-done-by voice.

I've stopped listening for now. It (well Pip/exams/Jude) was getting so annoying.

So true about Jude sounding like a weird 20-something. The Archers seem to do that with the young characters on it. They seem weirdly one dimensional.

Pip's relationship with Jude reminds me of Elizabeth's relationship with the man (can't remember his name - was it Simon?) who eventually abandoned her in a motorway service station. Can see something similar happening to Pip. Snice - I agree with you re Kenton and Kirsty.

I only listen for Brian Aldridge - his eye-rolling, trapped in a village with all those dreadful, poor-mouth martyrs, is almost audible. Linda Snell can be good value as well. But I particularly despise Tom who seems to start every sentence with a deep sigh, "lovable rogue" Eddie Grundy and his bloody schemes, shrill harridan Elizabeth, tiresome Peggy and Helen who is just wrong in every way.

Oh I agree about Brian, he's a proper actor! And I love Tiger as well.... I mean MATT . He's the best. And I like the Pat actor too and Caroline's ok.
