Radio Times Ambridge Diary 12th - 16th December 2021
Natasha’s single-mindedness has rubbed a few people up the wrong way, but the time has now come for Pat and Tony to reveal whether they share her vision. It’s fair to say that the Bridge Farm veterans are feeling a little overwhelmed by the current situation.
Will is back at work and keen to impress the supercilious Martyn Gibson. But not everyone is on their best behaviour and Will soon feels the need to lay down the law. Meanwhile, Kirsty has chilling news for Harrison, only for him to then make an announcement of his own.
And as one villager decides to close the door on Ambridge, Chelsea starts to plan a fitting send-off that she hopes will make them feel very much at home.
Daily Mail Weekend Magazine Archers Update 12th - 16th December 2021
We all knew that Natasha was going to be trouble. Now, on top of her scheme to turn the orchard into one big shed, pumping fruit juice into a steady stream of tanker trucks that all bear her name, she’s been cooking up another wheeze. Pat and Tony try not to feel overwhelmed by her ideas, but it’s a struggle.
Will, his boots all polished and his jeans washed and ironed with a crease down the front, reports on his first day back at work. He’s keen to impress Martyn Gibson, but finds he has to lay down some rules.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in Ambridge, too many cooks are spoiling the broth, Kirsty has some chilling news for Harrison, and he’s got a bombshell of his own to drop.
(I am feeling a lot better, but going to the shop for milk and my prescription was tiring. Still, I got some ice-cream too, so I shall be braced for the dentist on Tuesday at midday for a filling, my booster on Thursday afternoon and an ENT appointment at the hospital at argh 9:20 on Friday.)
