Roll up roll up! It's nearly Apple Day in Ambridge. Grab a slice of Borset apple cake and see who's got the longest peel in The Archers.

Shallishanti · 11/11/2016 19:06

loving the spreadsheet Grin

EsmesBees · 11/11/2016 19:07

Roy would so have a dating spreadsheet.

WipsGlitter · 11/11/2016 19:07

Me too.

EBearhug · 11/11/2016 19:12

Good for Emma!

BroomstickOfLove · 11/11/2016 19:35

There was stuff about Tom's scholarship website and the Borsetshire Food Awards website. There was definitely a downloading if application forms.

In Knob's conversation with Justin, crawl crawl, creep creep, the Berrow holdings were mentioned as part of Rob's brief with Damara. Didn't he something dodgy there?

BertrandRussell · 11/11/2016 20:01

I didn't understand Rob and Justin's conversation. Was I supposed to?

EsmesBees · 11/11/2016 20:11

I didn't quite understand it either Bertrand. Maybe it explains why Justin appointed Rob though. He wants someone so desperate and indebted that he will turn a blind eye to whatever dodgy activity the company has been up to.

ColdTeaAgain · 11/11/2016 20:15

Yes I was a bit Confused too. Think Justin just wants Rob to do his dirty work. Guess it's starting to make more sense why he has been to keen to have Rob on board as he knew he needed someone short on morals and desperate to please.

ColdTeaAgain · 11/11/2016 20:18

Oops complete cross post there! Great minds and all that 😉

Also, if Rob is going to have to travel about a lot more will that have even greater impact on his contact time with Jack I wonder? What does he want more, MySon or brownie points with Justin?

TheAntiBoop · 11/11/2016 20:25

Don't executive apartments have tiny kitchens?

What did Emma get a bonus for?

GrumpyOldBag · 11/11/2016 20:27

Emma got the money for recommending the photographer i think - like commission.

ColdTeaAgain · 11/11/2016 20:49

Yes "executive appartment" = overpriced and tiny.

Think if Susan carries on like this no one will turn up to her bloody photo shoot anyway!

EveEveEve · 11/11/2016 20:55

Justin is an evil genius! Employing the unpopular to make unpopular decisions - it really is very smartl

BroomstickOfLove · 11/11/2016 21:17

I notice that Rob mentioned his schooldays yet again today. Is this some sort of anti-bullying campaign? Nurture the annoying nasty children or they will end up like Rob?

DadDadDad · 11/11/2016 22:02

For the last time, Roy said it's not a spreadsheet!!

Pity, cos I loves me a good spreadshit, as regulars here will know. Grin

Rob and Justin are a perfect match - both supremely arrogant and each believing that they have the upper hand.

I bet Rob tries to blackmail / swindle Damara and they both end up in jail.

Imbroglio · 11/11/2016 22:24

I think Rob's flat overlooks the anaerobic digester.

Alleycat1 · 11/11/2016 23:30

Not sure exactly what an anaerobic digester does but perhaps it could digest the dastardly Knob.

PinkSwimGoggles · 11/11/2016 23:33

"Anaerobic digestion is a collection of processes by which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen. The process is used for industrial or domestic purposes to manage waste or to produce fuels."

= big, ugly, smelly

glowfrog · 12/11/2016 01:16

Dad "spreadshit". - heehee.

Alleycat1 · 12/11/2016 07:40

Thank you, Pink.

Vango · 12/11/2016 07:45

DDD Are you wondering if all the spreadsheet stuff is a sign?
