Yeah, i was wondering about Roy the Rover too. But no idea if Pip is into man made fibres. Pip is 26 ish; Roy is in early 40s maybe. Oh dear, as a woman in an age gap marriage, I couldn't possibly comment - though, unlike Roy and Pip, DH and I have always been exceedingly attractive.

Right then, nothing to stop a Roy/Pip coupling. An age gap any less than 12 1/2 years (precisely) is not worth fretting about IMO.

I think Roy and Kirsty both looked at the photo of Roy's date. Kirsty was very admiring so I'm glad Rob wasn't listening and adding weight to his Kirsty-Helen-lesbian-plot theories.

There's a thread just started about whether your neighbours should just walk in when your door's unlocked. Did anyone find it weird that Susan just walked in to look at Brian's "terrible" family portraits?

I think that Roy will keep finding the online dates somehow unsatisfactory and keep rushing home to watch TV with Kirsty, or stroll around the community orchard with Kirsty, or grumble about singledom with Kirsty, and Kirsty will do something similar and they will realise that they are in fact in love with each other.
