Lyndanotlynda, you are not the only one! Alice was always sensible and very likable but the SWs are hell-bent on making her a clone of the dreadful Kate. I can't even tell them apart when they speak now.

I grew up next door to a Vanisha, same spelling.

I think it's spelled Venetia.

It's definitely Anisha, it's on the cast list.

What's going to happen about Rob and the Hunt?

I've never understood Rob and the hunt. I don't get the impression he has his own horse. So I've assumed he has hired one from Shula.

I think he has to be hiring from Shula. But he was certainly giving the impression he was Joint Master last season. I fully expect him to turn up as soon as he's fit to ride.

There was a big foreshadowing of Rob's fate yesterday, I thought with Alan referring to him driving too fast.

So all we need now is a reference to Vicky, Bethany and Amy. The SWs must be delighted to be able to finally write outside of the Hel/Rob storyline.

She's called Anisha - it's a Sri Lankan name

Alan is a plot device at the moment so that we can hear what Rob is getting up to. Bit difficult on the radio otherwise. No-one else is talking to him, can't have him just talking to himself all the time. Henry was often that plot device previously.

Oh I'm sorry, wasn't paying too much attention last night. Vanisha is most definitely a real Asian name though!

Another question ... where was Rob off to in a tearing hurry before he's supposed to be driving, or was that just a PD for alan to voice his concerns?

Good to hear Shula's unequivocal views on Rob. I do want a public set-to between them.

I really didn't know if it was Alan or Doc Locke talking to Shula last night, until I worked it out from the conversation.
I think Rob was on his way to see Jack. The SWs won't be killing him off in a hurry, far too many plots to wring out of him in the next few decades. Unless of course TW goes on to bigger and better things. He is such a good acting (at least I hope he is having to act ) - are there awards/prizes for radio actors? He should win one.

I suspect Rob is just the sort of idiot who always does drive fast, because he's so much more important than anyone else on the road. It would be ironic if he found himself in the dock on a driving charge.

Death in a car crash would be a very neat ending, actually.. and it could be played in as a get-out by Rob from everything falling in on top of him - if, for example, his past misdeeds at the megadairy surface. He couldn't cope with the social disgrace and he'd never face a trial if he thought he'd go to prison. I would be quite pleased for the sake of the two boys if their father were to die.

I don't want him dead in a car crash. I want him convicted of rape. Anything else is a cop out and a massive let down of abused women.
