The bit where Helen was having fun laughing with Tom immediately contrasted by her cowed apologies to Knob was brilliantly done. I also noticed Uptown Girl.

I do hope Emmur gets the pub chef job. I think she'd be much happier there and would blossom. She's way too insecure around the Fallon/Kirsty combo.

Doing my once a thread delurk to say that Helen did murmur to Rob something along the lines of "it's a pity you had to mention it to Ian" about Adam and Charlie so she does know it was him. We are doing a project on violence in the workplace. One of the questions I have to ask businesses is regarding the impact that domestic violence could have on their staff. And I have to explain that workmates are often the people who are uniquely placed to spot subtle changes in their co-worker. Perhaps I should propose such a project to Borcetshire County Council?

Or you could work it all into a paper for next year's Archers conference (if there is one).
