My favourite comment on the Roy/Lizzie thing was Phoebe describing her as a middle-aged tart.

Freddie was involved in vandalism, drugs and general bad eggedness but all stopped immediately once he'd made up with his mum and she'd stopped shagging Roy

And there was the stupidly obvious plot device of sending Freddie to Roy's house to return his token of love.

Maybe the SWs created Charlie as quite a boring, stats and business-focused 2D character who harangued Adam etc and it was only when listeners said Charlie and Adam had chemistry that they decided they would go down that route and so they had to try and flesh him out a bit but it hasn't worked very well. A bit like the SWs not originally intending for Rob/Helen to go down the path they have. (I do like Charlie by the way)

I must say I had rather hoped Charlie would be offered a reprieve and the chance to work erm ... under Adam.

I must say Clarrie's consternation about the naice floors at Grange Farm was about a fortnight too late. It's not as if Eddie would have only now started coming in from the fields all mucky.
