Bearfrother is GENIUS, Bore. It sound like a Viking name like Skullsplitter but just a little bit seedy. "I ran away with the circus and worked as a bearfrother."

Has there been a duller episode than tonight's? 15 minutes of discussing who might and might not play cricket as a precursor to the actual playing of the aforementioned tedious game. It reminds me of when I was living in Paris 14 years ago before the advent of podcasts and iplayers when I had to listen in real time on R4 long wave and the Archers (and various other more interesting programmes) would be jettisoned in favour of the ball by ball cricket commentary.

Yes- maybe deliberately low key after yesterday's (good) emotional scenes? Better that than dragging the reception over two days or some other high drama.

In true EE style Pip will go for nice boy Rexy having decided the other is a philanderer but she will be innexorably drawn to him. Or vice versa. Toby first but then Rex. Either way she will see T behinds Rs back.
It will all go wrong. She will be rescued into the lovin arms of Charlie. Only he will be seeing Adam behind her back. (In a tractor)

A baby will ensue. It will turn out to be Rob's.
Then a long lost brother will turn up and she will marry him by accident.

Totty Bearfrotter is deffo being set up as his father's son. I agree with ppeat - a quick fling & dump for Pip and a roll in the vegan hay for Kate.

Also think they're going to be the new tenants when Hazel puts up the Grundy rent.

Actually it's a bit sad - whichever way they turn, Grange Farm, Hazel's cottage, poultry breeding - the brethren can't help but tread in Grundy toes.
