New thread for hopefully an exciting Sunday episode. Poor Hayley.

Oh excellent, an archers /dr who chat Grin

I really like this series. Love the dry PC as the doc and am much happier that the stories are contained and easier to follow. On another note, I loved Clara's outfit tonight and am wondering whether I'd look slightly muttony rockin' the same at a family wedding next month...

ZeroSomeGameThingy · 13/09/2014 23:12

Hmph! I have not forgiven SM for kowtowing to the "kill the story arc" audience. Some of the most satisfying conversations I've ever had with the younger generation involved delving into the depths of a complicated Who story.

I've loved all the previous new Drs and (not having seen that thing he was in) I'm still hesitating over this one. But Clara! Such fantastic beginnings and then sheer rubbish for - ages. Tonight was the first time I warmed to her character. And Danny Pink is an utter delight.

I'll have to iPlay to listen for Elizabeth.

Tardis (For Hayley to pop back and prevent Roy from ever having left Grey Gables.)

unitarian · 13/09/2014 23:23

Ah yes. DH & I both thought it was Elizabeth's voice.

stealthsquiggle · 14/09/2014 00:45

Clara's dress was indeed gorgeous and I was so glad that he noticed that she was minus jacket when she went back to the restaurant - it was bugging me even though it showed off the dress beautifully

JollyGolightly · 14/09/2014 01:15

I've never seen Dr Who and fear it's too late to start.

Hayley will forgive him but I wish she
Wouldn't

JollyGolightly · 14/09/2014 01:16

Stupid phone. I'd post so much more if it worked properly.

Eastpoint · 14/09/2014 03:54

I'm like Jolly, not a Dr Who fan & I'm not going to start watching it now.

Where's Pseudo? We're going to need a new thread soon & I think we've only had one title suggestion.

Pickledradish · 14/09/2014 04:03

All it needs is for Hayley "The Martyr" to tell "Radio Carter" then the whole village and the play group will know!

PseudoBadger · 14/09/2014 06:18

I'm here! Will be very busy at a dog show today so let's get cracking with suggestions...

The MN Relationships board is on an Awayday to Ambridge! Will Hayley LTB? Will Helen see Rob for the EA he is? What about Schrodinger's baby?

Something like that?

PseudoBadger · 14/09/2014 06:50

I think that's good but I'll leave out the relationships board as it could be perceived as insensitive perhaps.

"Schrödinger's Baby and The Unmaking of the English Yokel Class. Ambridge University is open - no A*s required"

AllMimsyWereTheBorogoves · 14/09/2014 07:30

Yes, it was a bit flippant, Pseudo. Have a good day at the dog show!

I like Schrodinger's baby too but can we work in the chicken roasting in the oven? As far as we know it's still there - Shrodinger's roast chicken!
Locket's out of the pocket.

ppeatfruit · 14/09/2014 13:23

Yes babybarrister But she had a good cry with Vicky (who thought it was because they were moving!).

Caught up on the film today and thoroughly enjoyed the Hayley scenes. And Radio Carter was superb. Don't forget the two randy peas in a pod to be included in the next thread title as well as Schroedinger's baby and chicken

ZeroSomeGameThingy · 15/09/2014 23:16

Davros we've moved to the new thread!

Davros · 15/09/2014 23:43

I wondered why it hadn't moved past the film. Thanks
