Roll up roll up for The Wedding special from Catheter Hall. Is the lark flying high? Will Krusty jam that ring on the porky finger?

What an utter bastard. Missed last night's episode, must get on iplayer!

ZeroSomeGameThingy · 24/04/2014 19:33

So - wait - they're not going to make it to Cathridge Hall???Shock

ZeroSomeGameThingy · 24/04/2014 19:35

Oooh Humphrey nice thinking....

Ewieindwie1 · 24/04/2014 19:36

Suspect Grundy men will be tucking in at wedding breakfast even if no one else is! What a horrendous situation - poor Krusty ??

LillianGish · 24/04/2014 19:36

It's funny isn't it because we all knew Cathridge Hall never really existed - do you think it will ever be mentioned again?

guineapiglet · 24/04/2014 19:36

fifteen years she waited for that.......poor Kirsty. It obviously dawned on her that it had all got too out of hand , too over the top and expensive.... but I am still not sure of Tom's reasoning...he told her he loved her still and that it was not about Brenda.....

HowLongTillBedtime · 24/04/2014 19:37

You tell him !!!

Crikeyblimey · 24/04/2014 19:38

I'd be buggering off to Costa Rica on my own if I were Kirsty. Maybe she'll offer the spare ticket to Helen but Rob won't let her go.

I hope all the wedding finances and house deposit was in Tom's name. He'll have to sell his pigs to pay it off!! Ha!

Ewieindwie1 · 24/04/2014 19:40

I think he's freaked out by all the dead brother stuff. He suddenly seems to be questioning his whole life, not just his relationship with Krusty. There's more to life than sausages.... Shock!

ZeroSomeGameThingy · 24/04/2014 19:41

How's the hair going Gypsy?

MrsCampbellBlack · 24/04/2014 19:42

And he was the one who pushed for it all to be bigger and better.

T*t

Ewieindwie1 · 24/04/2014 19:43

Helen won't leave Henry I suspect - and you're right, Rob wouldn't hear of it.

Wonder if Joe and Eddie are full up yet?

BasketzatDawn · 24/04/2014 19:44

The keening was realistic in the circs, I thought. Tom an utter bastard and a cowardly one at that. He could have sorted this ages ago, yesterday anyway.

I was no longer expecting the whole jilting schtick after the last few days Shock. They did keep us guessing till the last. VG, script team. Thanks

I wonder now if Kirsty will leave the area and that will leave Helen even more isolated once RobTit gets really bad.

Nice little twist, in a perverse way, with the Fergie. Poor Roy.So much for his 'professional' organisational skills. Poor everyone, even Tom (but only a little sorry for him). Does Kirsty have a dad? Will he do that traditional 'manly' thing of thumping the ReluctantSausageKing? I hope somebody does.

TheOneWithTheNicestSmile · 24/04/2014 19:45

Peggy will presumably be summoning her solicitor as we speak

She can leave it all to a cats' home now

TheOneWithTheNicestSmile · 24/04/2014 19:46

Kirsty's dad was waiting for her at the door, wasn't he?

Kernowal · 24/04/2014 19:47

Bore The Q&As will all be posted on the website too. www.bbc.co.uk/archers

Ewieindwie1 · 24/04/2014 19:47

Krusty may become Miss Haversham wailing in her wedding dress through the Village....

We need "Kirsty" on for a live webchat. Bit of munsnet advice about LTB.

LillianGish · 24/04/2014 19:58

Waiting for Gypsy to get out of hairdressers and catch up on Iplayer.

Halsall · 24/04/2014 19:59

I fully support Krusty's right to wail; it's just that it sounded a bit too Goon-show-like for my taste Hmm. Not so much devastated anguish as comedic yodelling.

Sorry, Krusty, I do think Tom is a weasel, though. Imagine leaving it till the very last minute like that!

Ewieindwie1 · 24/04/2014 19:59

I've just checked and Patrick Hennessey is her mate she helps at the wildlife sanctuary. Read up about the character and she hasn't had a lot of luck in love has she?

LillianGish · 24/04/2014 20:02

And also crucially the new church organist.
