For ages I assumed it was same actress for Clare and H. It was my teenaged son who put me right!! I think Hell sounds less Clare-like these days. less superior cos she is happier perhaps. Not that it will last of course.

I don't know how big Glebe Cottage is, but surely at least two bedrooms, given that Shula and Alistair lived there with Daniel before they bought The Stables. A pretty cottage in the centre of a village like Ambridge must cost a small fortune - way over what Tom and Kirsty can afford, I'd have thought.

Undoubtedly all mums but you have to take into account the ambridge fairy, which could easily overcome those obstacles
