TA is in a purple patch at the moment, rewarding listeners for wading through the dross of the previous year few months. Welcome all!

My guess is that Helen will conclude that Jess seduced Rob and poor, chivalrous Rob really had no option but to dtd with his witch of a wife.

Selks · 14/02/2014 19:19

Can't wait until tomorrow's episode. Just realised I'm going to be out! Tempted to cancel my plans!! Grin

Shallishanti · 14/02/2014 19:20

but campion, how do we know she doesn't like him?

florencedombey · 14/02/2014 19:20

Ps. Loved Jess's air of "I've been here before" weariness with Hellqueen.

Shallishanti · 14/02/2014 19:21

quite likely allmimsy

campion · 14/02/2014 19:21

Back to Bridge Farm (again)?

AllMimsyWereTheBorogroves · 14/02/2014 19:21

No need to worry about tomorrow, Selks, it's Saturday. TA free zone. Sad

Can someone pass Bore an inhaler? [concerned]

Pollycazalet · 14/02/2014 19:22

Agree with mimsy. Rob will spin a 'woman scorned' line and Helen will believe it. For now.

choccyp1g · 14/02/2014 19:22

They'd better start paying royalties to the mumsnet scriptwriters.

It's not very often I am laughing out loud and punching the air shouting yes in same episode.

How has TA gone from such drivel to such peaks in so short a time?

Back to first line of postSmile

Selks · 14/02/2014 19:23

Oh yes, forgot. Can't believe we've got to wait until Sunday now....this is agonising!
Haven't been so gripped by TA in aaages.

AllMimsyWereTheBorogroves · 14/02/2014 19:23

The glimmer of hope for Helen [what am I saying?!] might be that she usually confides everything to Kirsty.

Sunnymeg · 14/02/2014 19:24

I wish Jess would have just walked in because she had a key, it would have given Rob less wriggle room!!

campion · 14/02/2014 19:24

shallishanti you have a point. I guess he's an irresistible hunk to all women, estranged wives included [shrugs]

Can't live with him, can't live without him - that's how I see Jess's feelings about Rob. Poor woman.

BoreOfWhabylon · 14/02/2014 19:29

Thanks Mimsy Grin

Oh, well done Keri - see how brilliant you can be when you're not distracted by all this Ambridge Extra nonsense?

Songbird · 14/02/2014 19:31

Helen would have to be in serious denial if rob spun her that line and she believed it. Jess said 'where do you think he was last Thursday?'. Will Helen conveniently forget that?

BoreOfWhabylon · 14/02/2014 19:31

Hellin will go off her food now, mark my words...

QueenOfTheSlipstream · 14/02/2014 19:32

Hell will MUCH prefer to swallow Rob's lies than have to go back to Mum & Dad and confess - ha ha ha! She'd choke on it. How my heart bleeds for her - not!

campion · 14/02/2014 19:32

Is Jess not doing the social worker job in Felpersham? Were we ever told?

She could be lying about Hampshire. She didn't have a job there and could be closer than Helen thinks

BoreOfWhabylon · 14/02/2014 19:38

I hope she thcweamth and thcweamth until she'th thick and falls to the ground, drumming her heels on the carpet.

ooooh, though - wait until Piggoi finds out (as she surely will), didn't she once threaten to have Brine horsewhipped?

And Brine will sack Shagging Rob (Jennydarling will make him) and he'll be tarred and feathered and run out of Ambridge.

Then Hellin will retire to My Little Dairy and wanly turn cheeses, while refusing all sustenance...

KIrsty7318 · 14/02/2014 19:44

Yes, Jess going 'i've been shagging my husband ' was funny (if a bit obvious) But the watch. What about the watch? - I was was waiting for Jess to say 'why are you wearing my watch?' There must be a point to the watch...

GypsyFloss · 14/02/2014 19:56

TheOne yes it is.
