Oh and Team Ed here as well

ppeatfruit · 17/01/2014 14:20

Blimey !!! Hateful Hazel's gonna shut the village shop (you mark my words) They're really shaking up Ambridge now Shock Shock

ppeatfruit · 17/01/2014 14:22

Though she's like a panto villain it's ridiculous! Fancy Jeck leaving it all to her.

Minimammoth · 17/01/2014 14:25

You don't understand the power of Ambridge magic fairy dust. Hellirob, will live happily ever after, and build a cow empire to rival Brines'. Jess will return and have an affair with Brine and replace Jennydarling, mWahhhaha.

Minimammoth · 17/01/2014 14:26

Hazel will get the developers in.

PseudoBadger · 17/01/2014 14:29

Puts hand up for team Ed. Quite why Ed and Will would tear themselves apart over her is a mystery to me, as she is very high maintenance and generally a bit of a madam.

In fact, either by accident or design, quite a lot of the younger women aren't particularly likeable. I do like Kirsty, Falon and Amy though.

PseudoBadger · 17/01/2014 14:39

Team Ed are winning!
Toomuchtea - I seem to remember someone seeing Jess packing her car?

Absolutely not wishing to be nasty - but the previous Emma did sound worth making a fuss about. (The actress has apparently gone on to further greatness on stage and screen iirc.)

And they do seem to have taken all the charm out of her character.

goshhhhhh · 17/01/2014 15:58

Go Ed! Will just winged & whines.

I do think they shouldjust swap partners though....

& what is the impending doom with the lottery ticket?

ErrolTheDragon · 17/01/2014 15:59

Neither Ed nor Will; the dog-shooting was unforgivable.

I heard Kirsty's TV ad last night - she's got a nice voice.

Ladyflip · 17/01/2014 16:09

Oh yes, Kirstie has a nice voice. And it doesn't take me too far out of my comfort zone to think of her advertising sweets. Or not as much as when I see a picture of the actors. The Debbie in my head always had blond hair, ruddy cheeks and was about size 12. Tamsin Greig was much more attractive but has black hair!!

I might be team Ed but don't support him on dog shooting. Think he could have got into much more trouble than he did.

OddFodd · 17/01/2014 16:24

I think Jess is under a patio somewhere

ComposHat · 17/01/2014 16:26

Yes Felicity Jones ( old Emmur) was hot stuff indeed. I remember when the love triangle was at its peak there were some publicity shots with her and the two Grundy brothers who looked like a right pair of geeky planks.

Bluestocking · 17/01/2014 17:13

OddFodd, Jess has without doubt been fed to the Sausage Barons weaners, which will cause all sorts of problems if the Food Standards Agency find out.

ComposHat · 17/01/2014 17:37

Yes Mrs A. had the Afghan hounds.

I agree, they've turned Emmur into a younger version of jailbird Susan without any of the redeeming features.

TheOneWithTheNicestSmile · 17/01/2014 18:10

Isn't it funny - I'd been thinking that Emma was being a lot more pleasant recently - more like she used to be

Confused

mind you Nic hasn't been in for her to sulk at/about so I suppose I should reserve judgment.

Yes, \link{http://www.insomniacmania.com/sites/default/files/FelicityJonesChaletGirlPremiereinLondonFEB_8_2011_7.jpg\Felicity Jones} is gorgeous. And an Oxford graduate to boot. Imagining her with either Ed or Will was always wildly amusing Grin

Graceparkhill · 17/01/2014 18:25

I do think Emmur is beievable. Very much her mother's daughter- a bit jealous and resentful. I think she enjoyed the drama of having 2 men fighting over her but the reality of poverty, returning to live with parents and taking on low pair work has given her an air of perputual envy.
I wonder if she ever regrets picking Ed over Will?

WillieWaggledagger · 17/01/2014 19:17

"I know how fragile she is, which only make her more precious to me"

TheOneWithTheNicestSmile · 17/01/2014 19:30

He was trying to railroad Pat into doing what he wants, the same way he did with Jess about living in Ambridge

There is a quiet menace in the way he talks to women who aren't bending to his will.

Scary Shock
