Poor Luka Nicola. I really hope he takes some paracetamol. Will he have an ice lolly? Try bribing him with sucks of one and a bit of medecine.

I feel like crap today. I have an IBS flare up, no idea what has caused it. Maybe just stress and lack of sleep.

thanks for all your help ladies. Well we pinned him down and he had antib's just before lunch! and he's just had some medised.

I now have a poorly tom. Off with conjunctivitis so walked up to docs with him. Got him eye ointment and witch hazel to abathe it in. Given him piriton and paracetamol and told him lie down on his bed for an hour. Also told him no psp, dsi or tv in room til better

i think dh taken us out for dinner tonight we are all shattered and need cheering up.

GIRLS CAN YOU HELP ME?!

Bought a maxi cosi priori from charity shop today, was only £7! but the covers are filthy, washed them but they are finished,

anyone know where I can get some? Dorel sell them but are £35 which kind of cancels out the cheapness of the seat

Don't mind used,a nd dont want the summer ones.

Morning all, had a lovely meal out at beefeater and then we were all in bed for 7.30pm!

Dis I would personally not be happy using used carseat without knowing history.

Missed post twice and sorting office way too far for me to go so hubby picked it up but has been working away and left it in his van. The pj's fit perfectly. thanks and hope you have a better day today.

5inthe I couldn'tdo part exchange as I don't like those buggies and my laptop has died so reason for buying cheap pliko to leave in the car is to sell bee and use pennies to pay for new laptop I am on no more holding a wire in to get online!!!

Horrible night yesterday, somehow ds had some sort of bead up his nose, heaven knows how or how long. Cue hysterical dash to a and e at 7pm. I'm used to extracting foreign bodies from people's ears but when it's your own with such a tiny nose I was not brave enough!!!

Morn carrie, I am so rude glad to hear you are enjoying new baby and it has been lovley reading while not wanting to talk. You really are a lovley bunch. Sorry to hear about the bead up the nose . I stuch foam up my nose as a child and had a stay in hospital. Don't remember that but caused a right upset for everyone. xx

well im finally back home with new car that works lol have sold my jane i think lady comming today. not sure if i have done the right thing as i was going to keep. lets hope the stokke lives up to my expectations

carrie glad your enjoying new baby. Ive only got 6 weeks left now scary.

5in thats awful about the restraunt your ds i would of been fuming aswell.

well have had no takers for 4 seasons apart from stupid offers of £100 so might sell my xt and keep fourseasons as need some pennies from some where lol.

back from swimming lesson feeling awful throat really hurts, head is splitting, and think i have urine infection. Oh im having a good week aren't i!!

Got tom home for lunch today as wanted to do his eye ointment myself and give him more piriton.

I still want my bad...alot!

Hello everyone. I hope that those who were under the weather are recovering.
I still have a bit of a cold and am very fed up with DPs redundancy/selling the house/not knowing what we are doing or going situation. The thought of packing to move to a rented place fills me with dread. I want to move to Scotland really but that would depend on me working full time and I have realised that I probably can't earn enough to do it.DP is not finding much freelance work. There are no jobs going for me here atm. Bad day!
Am definitly selling the bjcc though so if 5in isn't interested it is going on the boards followed by ebay.
I have a black kaiser on my xt and with the foot section taken off it fits really well and keeps DD3 cosy and dry. There is so much grit and dirt about atm that the foot section would get filthy anyway.

Im really down atm too dunoon. been to docs got urine infection. just feel really narked with everything no food in the house, no money, dh working all the bloody time grrrr!

And boys driving me nuts.

Oh dunoon sorry to here you feeling so down. I can't imagine what all that must feel like. Oh please come and live in scotland it would be great to have a fellow mumsnetter when i have my little cisis now and again. I think this time of year is horrible we do really need some nice cheery weahter. Which brings me onto you nic prob last thing on your mind but you have that lovley holiday to look forward to and i am sure you have just about got all the clothes for those lovley boys of yours. Now was it carrie i can't remember who said it is good idea to treat ourselves now and again. Not always easy but such a good idea. My treat was a tonn of megga fish oil capsules and some supplements to help with my low mood etcc. Woooooopy dooo Hair doo next time i think. Hope you all feel better soon xx

hi Pebbles, Sunny Rosyth in Fife. Just had a bit of run in with nursery. Olivia is due to start school in Aug but she will not be going to their school. She will be going to amuch smaller school at the end of my street which does not have a nursery. It is the school i went to and very popular but must be in the catchment area. I have just found out from a very tearfull Olivia that she was not allowed to vist a Primary 1 class(empty)with the rest of the children in her class. I asked why not and they advised it was a new policy that any children not choosing to go to their school were not allowed on these fortnighly visits. How cruel is that and what harm would it do. The want be meeting new teacher or anything and i think it is such a wee shame. They have asked me to put it in writing. She will visit new shcol with all the other new children but why not let her go on the little visits.

Anyhoo hope everyone feeling a bit better. Nothing like a good row to get your heart racing.
