Hi - I know I am supposed to be doing housework...but has anyone got a winter hat for ds - he lost his lovely gap one - in fact dd lost her gap one too - never get matching stuff for them - but couldn't resist!

right im going out before i order yet more clothes my boys don't need, they have masses of long sleeve tops but they need jumpers now so must be good.

going to p.o, recycling and might go to starbucks if not too busy. i still have xmas cards to buy but can't see any i like

Jan I have the JoJo polartec stripey in age 3/5. These do come up small although slightly too big for Ds and he has a big head. I have a really small head and it fits me actually that is a bit embarrassing isn't it? lol

Wish dd would go to bed at 7pm .

She gets up 6.45/7am as need to when I'm at work to leave the house at 7.45am. She dropped a sleep at about 2.5, we have dinner as close to 6pm as I can, earlier when not at work, bath at 7pm ish then cuddle and milk. She is still up most nights (though in her room) until gone 8.30pm shouting down the stairs at me.

I think she's like me, I don't sleep much! Hoping playgroup will be just the thing to really tire her out and is afternoons so get back, dinner, bath and bed whilst I wrestle with a new baby all evening!!

I was stunned when I had dd at how lonely I was. They say there's nothing more invisable than a woman pushing a buggy. As I had to go back to work when she was still so tiny I could never go to any baby groups. I've worked all over the country but settled back in the town I grew up in so still run into people from years ago.

It's a viscious circle, when I'm at work I can't wait until the days I'm off to be with dd yet the next 6 months of no work at all I really do find very daunting

lol maxy - I have a small head too - my sister calls me pea head! How much are you after for the hat?...sure I can squeeze ds's head into it.

I used to go to loads of groups with dd - was right in the thick of it all...knew lots of people...then when ds was born dd didn't like the groups - she was getting too old for them - so it was more parks and friends houses. Now dd is at school I have started going back to groups, but seem to have lost the knack or interest of making friends - can't be arsed half the time (that sounds really awful)...have a few regular friends I got out with - and with ds I like being outside to make sure he gets a really good run around.

I thought it was you Maxy, but it was Bexie. I'll let you off . I need to get some more sleep.

Bought air hockey table and dvd/tv combi, so main presents in for the boys . Getting so excited now!

back from nice walk out, tried to attempt to buy xmas cards but luka doesn't do shopping (I always stupidly try and get him to tho!!) he's typical man when it comes to shopping.

then went to cafe for lunch. luka then had major tantrum, all at home now worn out watching ice age 3, phew.
