Evening all

Nicola I thought the pennies were going towards your washing machine? Was it for medicinal reasons ?!

Janx I bought a bs that was far too short for dd whereas pupabag brill but for xt so think xlr bit bigger/higher. I didn't tie mine on but with the cushion of the comfort pack over it, never moved?? Got the silver tipped artic fox furry one (yum yum) but not sure if the colour would go at all??

Knickers BabyCo is where I bought my xt from and I asked if they would price match there was another internet seller and they all sort of looked at each other scratching their heads. I said I'll leave it then, walking out the shop (had driven 25 miles to get there) before they called me back. Not the sharpest tools in the box I found.

maxybrown · 21/11/2009 21:09

I shall look at pics now Basl thank you! As little as possible to spend on Nipper

Ooh yes please Jan!! lol. Well I never tie my BS on and it stays where I put it, I hate those ties anyway. SK said her pupabag drags on the wheels of the XT though so maybe too long??

nicolamumof3 · 21/11/2009 22:46

i do think a pupabag would be too long its hard isn't its all trial and error, im happy to send you a buggysnuggle to try but it may not be worth it by the time you've paid postage (proabably a fiver both ways!!)

carrielou, eng is coming tomorrow now for w/m and my mum took 3 loads away today so feel less stressed about it. as eng coming sooner than expected (tho i'll be amazed if he does actually come on a sunday) the thought of having machine repaired rather than having to replace it seems more realistic solution.

Dh said i should have XLR anyways, who am i to argue, it was reduced and i got discount so a bargain all in!!

Knickers0nMaHead · 21/11/2009 22:57

Cant grumble then eh Nic

BexieID · 22/11/2009 00:21

I see Cate about on Facebook. The farm games on there, lol. Seems to be doing ok, not that i've actually spoken to her.

nicolamumof3 · 22/11/2009 07:27

i've messaged Cate too, i think she's doing ok, i think she just needed a break after all the hassle before.

morning all!!

misdee · 22/11/2009 08:13

what hassle?

anyone looking for a COLLEGE STRIPE mb designer or a brown/pink xlr. both are going on ebay tonight, but would rather sell on here.

Divatheshopaholic · 22/11/2009 09:32

im glad she is doing ok
someone say hello to her from me, its funny that although we not meet in rl, i often wonder about people when they go offline for long time such as mrsmagoo. used to chat here loads before.
oops good morning. been washing my carpet stains again

nicolamumof3 · 22/11/2009 09:39

mrs magoo is now normasknockers so she'll still about

misdee Cate had some problems with sending stuff and some people got a bit 'upset' about it she's not been on pram board or here since

Divatheshopaholic · 22/11/2009 09:46

so she is doing xmas appeal?

Knickers0nMaHead · 22/11/2009 09:50

Morning all. I so wish sunday was a courier day

bought a knock off of a mac muff. it looks cosier then the real thing actually but will see when it gets here.

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 22/11/2009 10:03

what make knickers? the clair de lune are nice and alot cheaper.

i wonder if i'll want a footmuff for my xlr?

Knickers0nMaHead · 22/11/2009 10:10

this one Not sure what make

this is the mac one

OP posts:
pebbles79 · 22/11/2009 10:14

I have a Pupabag on my XT and it's been fine but Zoey is a shorty so I use the lower strap holes meaning that the top of the footmuff is actually tucked over the backrest so that might be why it's ok?

nicolamumof3 · 22/11/2009 10:53

That is nice knickers and good price im just a sucker for matching acc's!! the only generic things i like are buggysnuggles and kaisers i think. otherwise i have to have the right make on the right pram think its my ocd coming out!!

i had this mac one on my chestnut ryder and it was lovely brown faux fur

pebbles, that is prob why it is high enough away from wheels then?

Knickers0nMaHead · 22/11/2009 11:02

Which one Nic? That just came with with your trail.

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 22/11/2009 11:10

woops sorry i had two posts open at once!!

here

Knickers0nMaHead · 22/11/2009 11:57

Thats nice, it doesnt look very long though. Diva, it is normastanley that is doing the appeal.

OP posts:
carrielou2007 · 22/11/2009 15:06

My Pupabag doesn't drag on the wheels of my xt?? I've just bought a cheapy urban detour in black with blackframe local to me for 30 pounds with all the extras (which I don't need) for muddy walks and for the summer on our beach. Will use it for running to get back into shape/get splodge to sleep/if we are running late for playgroup as dd can sit on the footplate couldn't resist at that price!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/11/2009 16:49

Knickers here is what I have got to go. It's not brilliant stuff and would be ffp. There are two pairs of leggings from Next, brown and turquoise, The hand knitted cardigan was photographed before I washed it and the stripey jumper is also hand knitted [not by me, by little old ladies!]

SparklyGothKat · 22/11/2009 16:51

about Cate

Knickers0nMaHead · 22/11/2009 17:09

Awwww I love hand Knitted things, soooo cute! I dont mind paying, how much do you want for them?

OP posts:
FlyMeToDunoon · 22/11/2009 17:13

Nothing honest. The cardigan was from a second hand shop. It is very cute I think but isn't perfect.
If you want it I wouldn't say no to postage.
