my mate had one of the mamu ones she got it cheap from argos. she used it to take her dd and son to preschool which is about a 3 mile walk and she said it was fab for the money, not as good as her jane on the rough ground but alot better then her stroller lol

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/11/2009 12:21

Thank you Sal, There is a Mamu finishing later which is low at the moment.

basl · 04/11/2009 12:44

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. nic do you know how wide the nipper is at the back wheels. Trying to figure out if it is narrower than my baby jogger elite. thanks

horsemadgal · 04/11/2009 13:12

5inthehousesofparliament · 04/11/2009 16:05

What a shame Dis, I've just given loads of 5-6 stuff to charity shop, including Ben 10 pants. Wish I'd known you were after some.

maxybrown · 04/11/2009 16:08

Well I've spent a good hour this afternoon at the school DS will go to (and nursery) as they had open afternoon. I am really really pleased with it, so that's good! Plus put our name's down for new toddler group that started this afternoon so going to that from next week and it is only 5 mins walk for me fab fab fab!

oh thats good maxy, we are going to look at alternative school for tate next week then we have to make our mind up, just submitted forms for toms secondary, sept 2010 my two boys off to different schools can't beleive it!!

we went asda's today lots of good offers on toys and two tins of chocs (big ones!) for £7 so got quite a few xmas bits offer on chocs today only then they go £5 a tin.

Disenchanted3 · 04/11/2009 16:37

Awww 5in about 3 people have said that to me, Ive put about 3 wanted in the forsale section, no one seems to have a 7 year old boy whos come out of 5-6!

Its one handed recline which I LOVE, I used to hate bending down to lie her down, this is sooo much easier.

Its fabulous.

maxybrown · 04/11/2009 16:46

ooh sounds nice Nic, I could eat some now

Ooh that'll make you feel funny next Septmeber then!

I am feeling all positive after my afternoon and the ladies at the new toddler group seemed lovely. We passed a woman who had been on our way home and she said it was really nice and singing and things, yay! And my Mum brought us round a nice little pile of food

I might have some 5-6 tops but don't think I have any trousers.

Disenchanted3 · 04/11/2009 18:31

look at this nr me, looks good, with bag and liner too

pebbles79 · 04/11/2009 18:50

Will have a look after I've watched Hollyoaks, not promising much though as I'm sure I did a clear out not long ago. Might actually have some grey school trousers if they're any good to you, will need to check and see that the hems aren't scuffed though.

nicolamumof3 · 04/11/2009 19:08

Disenchanted3 · 04/11/2009 19:11

Woohoo just won the Mamu for £10.50 and she will pack for courier.
Have ordered black fleece to start making XT liners.
I did DD1's secondary application a while ago. It was quite scary comitting. At least I have a year of two at the same school now. Then one at each, then two at same primary and one at secondary.

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/11/2009 19:49

What's that face all about then?

pebbles79 · 04/11/2009 19:56

Dis, I have 3 tops - think two are age 6 from Next and 1 age 5/6 from Debenhams, are those sizes any good before I go to the bother of photographing them?

nicolamumof3 · 04/11/2009 20:00

am liking this, thought it was for red nose day at first lol!!

Disenchanted3 · 04/11/2009 20:06

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/11/2009 20:15
