FlyMeToDunoon · 05/11/2009 15:28

Seller of the Mamu hasn't responded to requests to tell me when to book a courier for.
Hmmmm. Just have to hope that they are the type that check emails once every 24 hours huh.

Bum on the XLR Dis. I can't believe it came ot to you in that state. Had it been obviously opened before? I thought it was new.

Disenchanted3 · 05/11/2009 15:31

No, dunoon, was all wrapped up and wheels were untouched,

I think I just happened to get dud RC and apron.

Luckily I spotted it today or they may not have let me return it if I leeft it too long.

Its been used today and yesterday outside, but its faulty so have to take it back.

Im lucky because my mum wanted the box last night!!

But Im crazy with boxes and said it was a lovely new Mac box and I wasn't ready to part with it yet, lolol

Have you booked the courrier?

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/11/2009 15:40

Haven't booked courier since I haven'y heard a dicky bird from the sellers.

Weird about the XLR though.

Disenchanted3 · 05/11/2009 15:47

Crappy, hopefully they will get back to you soon, It really annoys me when people don't communicate on ebay, especially if its after you've paid them for something!

I've taken pics of the XLR probs just incase I need them if catalgue starts being funny or something , I'm a worrier, lol.

this is the apron, its almost impossible to zip up and when I manage it it just busts open

split in raincover

nicolamumof3 · 05/11/2009 17:12

dis i just looked at piccies of your strider, looks lovely, can't believe it hasn't sold yet at £60!!!

maxybrown · 05/11/2009 17:20

Dis that is more than I wanted to spend really sorry. plus I am still waiting on people getting back to me about buying things.

Oh yeah, zip is busted isn't it? At least you're getting a new one. I would never have noticed that on mine as I always just left it in the packet!

we went for long walk again through woods today was great, boys in their jojo waterproof fleecy trousers splashy in mud, i need some of those waterproof dungies to pull on over their clothes will check out jojo after dinner.

spent as long cleaning nipper as we did on walk, got it all clean as fara is borrowing it tomorrow! just need to put a new footmuff on now for her as nipper one and padded liner all in wash.

buggies get so dirty in winter eh?

maxybrown · 05/11/2009 17:30

Yeah don't they. It has been so so so wet here today, I didn't go anywhere. That's what I want really, the dungies, but prob muddy puddles ones I think. I am waiting to hear back from two people now about a 360! Grrr. Is the rain cover ok on it Nic? (I know Luka doesn't like them though!!) It's just I have read a couple of reviews now people saying rain ocver is a bad fit etc, but mine is fine?

OP posts:
maxybrown · 05/11/2009 17:31

Disenchanted3 · 05/11/2009 17:34

£7 posted Maxy?

Its just doing nothing here!

Disenchanted3 · 05/11/2009 17:35

might grab that maxy if it stays at 99p lol

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/11/2009 18:12

Maxy don't know about the current ones but the raincover on the Nipper I had was a great fit- snug but neat. I hate great wads of thick PVC [P&T! and even my old M&P].

nicolamumof3 · 05/11/2009 18:13

mine r/c isn't great foot its sort of elasticated by footrest i know your footrest different tho and it can pop off, but its fine, i rarely use it as you know my boy hates them. took him out in pelting rain sunday and tuesday tho and he was soaked i said do you want rain cover on? and he actually said yes bless him!! its the only way with him, he's so stubborn its unreal.

maxybrown · 05/11/2009 18:25

Thanks Dis, I'll check my funds, but might have to put it towards dungies....an all in one is good, but he went beserk last time.....odd as he weras the JoJo one without moaning, but that is just fleece!

Thanks about raincover guys. I just need to wait to hear from people now. No one going to a bonfire? We're going to one on Sat hopefully.

Anyone here interested in this in 2/3 new without the tags.....is GORGEOUS and am only debating selling it..but it's just sitting there, never worn. Fully teddy bear fleece lined, really really soft!

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 05/11/2009 18:40

thats cute maxy, but ds is fully clothed atm im being good atm and not buying loads, as it just doesn't get worn. im a reformed character!!

no bonfire for us, we are going to huge display at leeds castle with my parents on Saturday should be rather special can't wait. really wanted a double nipper for the occasion

maxybrown · 05/11/2009 19:07
