Have you got the boys ones SK from current season? Only the reviews go on about changed wasit band.

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:09

the waist band seems same to me, i'll go and check tates tho. he's got age four they seem about right i'd say, i'd prob go age 2 for luka.

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:11

well they go 18/24 then age 3

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:15

age three then i suppose? tate is still wearing old style 2/3 atm tbh so luka can have those we have two pairs, then tate has a normal cotton pair and another brushed cotton in age 4.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:24

I have 18-24, DS is over 90cm and I have to turn them up A LOT at the bottom.

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:25

What colour did you get? i got red for Tate nd the green for tom. so luka would have to have blue!! I have so much to clear out onto ebay tho must get cracking.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:28

I got red and blue. Might get green this week. Not sure I like the fit that much tho, look too much like flares

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:31

I have no idea at all how tall DS is. He is very skinny though. He always outgrows the length and never the waist. he was in 6/12 month Gap trousers this summer that were zip off cargos. They were too short as trousers but fine as shorts Guess it would have to be 18/24 then.

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:32

It's just the measurements on Boden for outside leg are less than some of the baby trousers by a cm!! ok, not a lot I know but....even so.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:32

Yeah I'd go for that Maxy, they do look pretty bad turned up but I'm not having them drag on the floor!

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:33

I'm going to measure DS..........wish me luck

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:34

Maxy come to think about, you can't really tighten the waste that much, so if he's reallllly skinny I wouldn't.

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:37

oh no don't say that He is about 87cm. He did lie still but it was with a free out of a cracker rape measure I like the college hooded tops as they match, but they start from 2/3

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:37

oops TAPE measure

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:38

i still need to go check waist. just been listing. so much more to do!! all baby stuff is going. DH is over the moon!!

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:39

The thing is Maxy DS has a chub chub waste and I have them as tight as I can and I can currently see half his nappy

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:40

Oh I need to do things too. Not that much now tbh, but need to shift these pushchairs so i can think about getting something else. lecohen did mention she would like the elite, hmm have to try and find her.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:40

oops waist God brain gone today

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:42

I'm going into town with DS and hubby is away God I'm soooooooooooooooo lonely and bored!

DS just got this as a pressie Isn't it nice!

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:44

Well ds will only have trousers below his belly button anyway,(for some strage reason) which makes it even worse - he goes beserk if they are too high up. fussy so and so.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:47

Hmmmm, I would wait a bit then Maxy TBH, I'm sick of pulling DS's up and he's chubby!

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:49

haha thats made me laugh, Maxy well i just tried pulling waistband in they do go?

im home alone today as DH working i hate sundays on my own with bored kids and nothing to do with them.

maxybrown · 11/10/2009 11:49

we had some before that were second hand and they were ok............I think. Never really wore them only tried them on. Just wanting to get him something comfy.

scattykatty · 11/10/2009 11:53

Yeah Nicola they do go in but I find I can't get them tight enough not to still slip down

nicolamumof3 · 11/10/2009 11:56

i was looking at those tops are they nice? is the quality good as its expensive i think but Tate would love one for xmas as he's dino mad.
