Samsung man has taken TV away to be repaired, would have cost £700 if we had to pay

hubby had to work on my birthday luckily i had girls over in the evening but still missed him.

lol sk the joys of living the forces life, its sometimes so silly. We try and get along with everyone its just ashame that the minority spoil it.

well dd went up to bed at 6 and is still awake grrr.

Im having the girls round for coffee tomorrow as since we seen a rat in the coffee shop we are not so keen to go lol. shame your not closer sk you could come and socialise with us

Oh I'd love that! There aren't many children here, everyone goes to boarding school at 7... no joke!

It does get silly, it's their jobs, not ours! Anyway I just leave them to it, my best friend here is one of the 2 nco's wives, a WO1 though so pop star wages and all that She came from Germany too so we just laugh at their 'ways'

i think thats the best way lol Cant believe they all send there kids to boarding school there is hundreds of kids on here. (I must admit though i will never rule boarding school out if thats what dd wants). sorry you dh isnt there for his bday.

Got nice comments today about DS's penguin hat/mitts set but it is so small, won't get much use

i always find hats/gloves small luka has got age 3-5 hats from next this year i always buy loads as we lose hats/mitts every week. i also bought wellie liners from jojo but the sizes are weird! 2-3 are same as the 3-4! so going to swap 2-3 for 4-5 for Tate. i hate weird sizing.

Well I think wtachtheworldcomealivetonight was a time waster I bought that castle and 'it didn't get picked up by the courier' then she 'took it to the post office' where 'someone dropped it and the tower broke off'.... I got a refund but I'm really annoyed, I've just wasted a week emailing back and forth and DS really liked that castle

I do sometimes think it's really easy to be taken advantage on here, unless you go down the Dis route of name and shame there isn't much you can do to stop being being taken in again

The story is just sooooooo unlikely, even if they did drop it they would deliver it to be first as it was addressed to me! They wouldn't return it to her! Also she said they returned it last night, I don't think posties deliver at 9pm....

I really would suggest people don't buy from her I'm just so angry at being messed about!

Morning all.

Not at work today, have tonsilitis (well have had for a few days) but lost my voice last night which is pretty tricky when working with deaf people!!

Dd's dad stayed and compained about me 'grunting' (I know I know, all the horrible can't clear my throat noises) but point blank refused to ring doctors for me this morning. I had to drive there at 8.30am as 'he's no good on the phone' to book at appt for later.

It's very hard not kissing dd every 5 mins in case I pass it on to her .

oh carrie how do you do it? (put up with him i mean)

Carrie what will he be like when his new baby is being born! Complain about you making noice then tell him to put up or shut up

He won't be around much then, when I had dd and we were together he went back to work the day after I came out of hospital, never lifted a finger to help (well it is MY house, he HAD been at work all day and I was JUST sat at home all day ) so I'm pretty used to him really!!

I did think he could just have rung for me as I really really can't speak at all (work have already rung me umpteen times even though they can't hear me when I reply!!).

At least it makes me remember why I'm not with him!!
