rodi I mean. Like ricaro....can they still use the harness anyway after 18kg on that one?

lillypie · 29/09/2009 10:25

I have a Britax Evolva 123 it converts to a booster and lasts till they are 11
here

DD is very comfortable and always falls asleep plus it absolutely doesn't move once fitted. We love it.

nicolamumof3 · 29/09/2009 11:12

yeah im going to look at evolva to lillypie, does it recline.

guess what, my uggs just arrived!! omg they are so comfy i want more, im stood doing my ironing in luxury!! just waiting for my new sofa to arrive now...

New UGGS, new sofa, new carseat! I'm sick with jealousy

nicolamumof3 · 29/09/2009 11:51

lol, sofa's come its lovely! now the decorating seems worth it, it was only a 'cheap' one from littlewoods as decided chances are it would only last a few years with kids but finally feel a bit more modern now!

OP posts:
scattykatty · 29/09/2009 11:55

Well I'm still jealous! Our sofa is horrible, DS has totally recked it

Deciding whether to get this as DS really needs a quilt for the winter, and it look nice.

lillypie · 29/09/2009 11:57

It does recline nicola but you cant recline it with the child in it.We have put it in the car in the reclined position as DD always sleeps in the car and that has worked for us,as it's not a massive recline angle so she can still see out of the window ok.

5inthebed · 29/09/2009 11:57

I've got towait for the courier to deliver it (should be about 1ish) and then think I'll stick it on Ebay. Could always send it back, but would take forever for refund!

MPX is a beast of a pram after using mac solely since August.

Tell me why I don't want a Bee again? Saw one at baby group earlier, and am lusting after one.

scattykatty · 29/09/2009 12:04

Cos the Bees don't last very long, look very silly with a 2 year old in...

5inthebed · 29/09/2009 12:05

Good point......but I have a 10 month old . He would look silly in it in a few months though wouldn't he?

scattykatty · 29/09/2009 12:07

Yes, they look great for 6 months old, then when they get chunkey it look like you have a baby in a dolls pram IMO

FlyMeToDunoon · 29/09/2009 13:07

Hi.
I am annoyed! Sold my Ikea cot duvet, pillow and all the covers plus found the cotton jersey sheet and added that in as extra and bleeding buyer has emailed and said it's all dirty.
It is soooo not!

5inthebed · 29/09/2009 13:18

Cheeky! I hate rude buyers.

scattykatty · 29/09/2009 13:20

Well I'm off ebay forever. After the seller that lied and said she had sent something when she clearly hadn't, then reported me for leaving neg feedback so I got a warning. Then the seller that called me a b***rd after I left neg when they sold me something and then said they didn't have it anymore and FINALLY last week bought a coat describes as 'like new' which was MANKY!

FlyMeToDunoon · 29/09/2009 13:37

Generally I have found my ebay experiences positive but just sometimes....
I know that stuff was clean.
Grrrr.

BexieID · 29/09/2009 13:40

I'm getting the Rodi XR for Tom, need one you can change covers as he gets his XP all manky, lol. Won't get it till he's 17kg at least. Still waiting for Tesco insurance to send me money for a new XP as well .

BexieID · 29/09/2009 13:43

I had to refund buyer for Teletubbies Aquadraw as there was food stuck to the mat and DP had put it away like that. Made marks on mat when I tried wiping. She just mailed to say that was fine, thank goodness. I should have checked sooner but was right in the corner inbetween wall/toybox with toys on top. Just didn't have the energy to shift it all .

maxybrown · 29/09/2009 13:48

SK - you seen this

nicolamumof3 · 29/09/2009 13:50

i love my new sofa it looks so cool i may take some piccies but fear thats a bit sad, put up a lovely light fitting yesterday, i finally am starting to like my house after 3years here!

FlyMeToDunoon · 29/09/2009 13:50

Well now I am trying to think how she could think it's not clean- the sheet was not the brilliant white of new it's true but had been biotexed and washed in biological powder. No stains that I could see. The duvet and pillow came up lovely from washing. The cover had pen stains on as pointed out in the listing otherwise it and the pillowcase seemed immaculate to me. I ironed them so saw every inch.
Sigh.

FlyMeToDunoon · 29/09/2009 13:52

What are we going to call the new thread cos it's nearly time to do one and also nearly but not quite October.
