Glad it went well Nicola. Was thinking about you and the boys this morning.

Bit of news on the other boards for you. Both C and P have had their babies! P had a girl, and C had a boy

carrielou2007 · 21/09/2009 18:01

Glad you are all back Nicola, sending lots of love over to your little man

Dd's dad is an utter twit, ignorant and very selfish but he is a fantastic dad just rubbish as a partner so I'm best well out of it!!

dd loved the caravan and kept opening all the doors looking for the upstairs, we had fabbi weather, you chose a great week too!!

Anyone want a yummy mummy bag just going super cheap - just putting it on for sale

yeah bargain then, where from? i'd be worried tbh.

Never really appealed to me because the big chunky plastic chassis. They are another marmite pram.

First dibs

I would like to try one, purely because the rearfacing and height of the pram. I do like high prams.

There is a red one on the boards selling for £400, so definitely a bargain!

Did you see what I put before about the new babies Nicola?

nicolamumof3 · 21/09/2009 19:58

aaah yes i did sorry 5in, thats great news! i've been manic since getting home, we still have stuff everywhere from the decorating and sorting boys out for bed. bathtime a bit more tricky as mustn't get ears wet!

OP posts:
5inthebed · 21/09/2009 20:01

Where are you decorating? Bathtime must be tricky! My boys always manage to get wet head to toe.

Disenchanted3 · 21/09/2009 20:12

I NEED A BIG PARCEL COLLECTING BUT SEND IT NOW WONT WORK ON MY PC FOR SOME REASON

5inthebed · 21/09/2009 20:17

www.parcel2go.co.uk

Try those

maxybrown · 21/09/2009 20:18

Glad you all ok Nicola.

That pram really is a Marmite pram, but I love marmite.....hate those stokke thingies, sorry

I always find myself staring at them in the street, as they look so odd! Bloomin bargain though!

Well, I have arrived home with my £15 Bebe Confort Elite - she said, seat doesn't adjust at all was rather muddy but she had said that anwyay. So, off I go thinking, this chassis seems all bent and weird, DS falls asleep in it and it is still pretty much up right...damn. get home, Chassis wasn't up properly (don't think she realised this!!) so ta dah, all fine, then I look at the seat - it was just stiff!!!! Works fine! Got rid of all mud, scrubbed hood, but can't put it in machine unfortunately so a LITTLE marked inside but ok, that is currently drying now

It is Soooooooooooooooo easy to push! Even rear facing - don't know why they ever brought the loola out, no comparison whatsoever - hoorah!

nicolamumof3 · 21/09/2009 20:23

glad you like it maxy, you going to have to sell something now?

is anyone in/near Oxford? need a double nipper picked and packed so quite a big ask i know

THANKS 5IN PARCEL TO GO - DONE!

Opps caps!

My MPX came it is immaculate, I'm like this

because It seriously looks like its been used about 3 times!

I know it said 'hardly used' on ad but I didn't believe it,

wheels are barely marked!

NO scratches!

Im gobsmacked and very pleased!

nicolamumof3 · 21/09/2009 20:32

thats great about time you had some ebay luck dis!!

OP posts:
5inthebed · 21/09/2009 20:34

Sounds fab Maxy, and you as well Dis. Am so at you having new prams. I want one

Whats the MPX like to push Dis? Glad you manage to book courier, what is it for? How are you doing anyway? Is your H still away?

carrielou2007 · 21/09/2009 20:37

I hate those stokke things, look like an office chair on wheels and the wheels look like cheapy plasticky graco ones!! A lady on holiday last year had one and we got chatting about it and she loved it. It was so easy to push but rubbish over wonky pavements or the beach she said.

Dis from the pic you linked I think the chassis is not the one that came with the pram, think it is an older one (does it have bobbly wheels as the ice came with smooth ones). My friend had ice, very nice (drool)

Disenchanted3 · 21/09/2009 20:37

Its for a bike My back is killing me walking to and from school twice a day so hoping a bike will be easier,

DH is home now

Im honestly really gobsmacked with this MPX,seriously if I bought it new from M&P and got it home and took it out of the box it would be like this.

Why didn't they use it?? Why have they sold it???

weird!!

Hello all.
Dis fabby bargain then.
Can't believe Stokke for £75. I always think they look unstable. But wouldn't mind a test run
Nicola I am a bit nervous of DD2's operation. Was it traumatic for you? How long were you there? What time were your boys ops? Did they moan about being hungry? What was ward like-clean? Should I take food for after?
Can I just pick your brains

Disenchanted3 · 21/09/2009 20:41

hmmm i dunno carrie but its still got all the manufactor stickers on, in the tray holes and stuff and not a scratch on it so very happy either way!
