Disenchanted3 · 20/09/2009 21:36

you think the ice footmuff looks good?, someone wants my pink kaiser and this is gonna be my only buggy so no point in having it really! Unless the pink kaiser would look better?

but hard to sell it!

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/09/2009 21:37

Oooh lovely!

Disenchanted3 · 20/09/2009 21:39

I think so

prettier and girlier than polka I think.

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/09/2009 21:39

i would stick with the matching footmuff.
But maybe keep Kaiser until you can have a go on the MPX with it

nicolamumof3 · 20/09/2009 21:46

nicolamumof3 · 20/09/2009 21:51

Well, I got a cheap cheap bebe elite. Think I want the urban chassis though so we'll see. Think I want fixed handle bar! I always feel like the adjustable ones are going to snap now DS is bigger (well kind of bigger ) if you know what I mean!

5inthebed · 21/09/2009 08:12

Sorry Maxy

The MPX is lovely Dis, very princessy.

I want an MPX

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/09/2009 08:29

I think if I ever had another baby [and I am not!] I would get an M&P MPX. It is just the modern equivalent of the one I had 10 years ago but lighter.Lovely fabrics.

maxybrown · 21/09/2009 08:48

I like them but prefer the SC linear/classic as it's higher up, oh and I can't stand floating harnesses on M&P personally. Had one for DS' first pram though and was a nice carrycot.

It's ok 5in - everyone liked my cooking anyway lol

Going to pick my bebe confort up tonight!

lecohen · 21/09/2009 09:18

Hi all,

Maxy, I love bebe confort elite...dibs if you sell :-)

sweetkitty · 21/09/2009 10:06

Dis - that MPX is lovely good bargain too

nicola - will check out babymel bags, since I ma not buying any prams I deserve a new bag, I bought my last Samsonite one as it was not girly so DP could carry it and does he - no so I want a girly one now.

carrielou - poor you, don't you do anything let the rubbish pile up until he pulls his finger out. In a month or two I am probably going to be crippled with SPD and DP knows he needs to more than pull his weight, I won't be able to do a lot. He was talking about getting an ironing lady or a cleaner to help though. I get so frustrated when I cannot do things though.

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/09/2009 10:25

I will not look at babymel bags.
Don't make me!

Oh good I am not madly keen on them.

maxybrown · 21/09/2009 11:19

Just realised what day it is (takes a while!)

Nicola hope day went ok for boys said went as presume you will be back once you read this! And that you were ok too! xx

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/09/2009 11:38

Oh yes. Nicola said she would be all day at the hospital.
Good luck and hope all went well.
I am scared of how I will feel when DD is wheeled away.

carrielou2007 · 21/09/2009 16:19

Hi all, fingers crossed for Nicola and ds today.

Dd's dad stayed in bed until 9.45am (we have to be out of the caravan by 10am) whilst I noisily packed around him.

We went to gorgous Lulworth cove, dd playing in the sand, paddling, looking at the rocks and fossils with me whilst he sat with a face like thunder. I sugest a walk over the cliffs to Durdle door as it would loosen up his back and he screamed at me so I screamed back like a fishwife and we've come home. It was a lovely day, dd was having fun, but of course everything has to revolve around him.

He came in and sat down whilst I unloaded the car, I threw his stuff in a carrier and said come on carrie let's go to the park and pushed him out of the door

SK he doesn't live with dd and I so I do have to do everything anyway!

lillypie · 21/09/2009 16:28

He's a knob carrie

Did DD like the caravan,we've just come back from a fab week in Cornwall and my DD was thrilled to be staying in the "caraband"

How are you feeling lovely?

sweetkitty · 21/09/2009 16:30

carrielou - what a selfish man

5inthebed · 21/09/2009 17:39

I can see why you're not with him anymore Carrie. Bloody blokes.

What do you think of this one? I might put a really low bid in, as I'll be out tomorrow anyway when it ends, but its right near my dad, so he could collect for me.

nicolamumof3 · 21/09/2009 17:44

Ladies im back, thank goodness that is over!!

was not pleasant but the boys were brilliant. Tate had a bad infection in left ear so grommets only one side (i bet we end up going back for the other) Tate was really really good but was v.sick afterwards so literally only just got in v.long day.
