I prefer the Ferrari too but have to agree with HMG. I wouldn't be spending that kind of money.

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:13

me neither.....how do people afford things like that?!

janx · 18/09/2009 14:21

Hi
Am I allowed on here - even though Nicola had to explain to me what the difference between a footmuff, chunkle munkle, cosytoes and all the other names they are called ...and I only have 3 pushchairs

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:24

lol Hi Jan [waves]

The past week os has been spent with us all talking about anything.....

scattykatty · 18/09/2009 14:33

Hhahaa you should see how much they spend on the party alone, DD had 2 bouncy castles last time

janx · 18/09/2009 14:38

I thought there might be some newbie test - like stripping yer mb down and recovering it - or naming all the different types of maclarens. I would have a pushchair habit, but am too broke
Hey Maxy ...waves back from down south

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:39

oh gawd....I have to stop coming on here. This isn't normal is it? please someone tell me it isn't?

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:40

that comes later Jan

janx · 18/09/2009 14:42

Thought so...better brush up.
What are you all up to? dd has just started school - was 5 the other day ..she does mornings to begin with...its a big change. Ds is at nursery 3 days a week and is having a nap at the mo..dd is busy doing crafty stuff and singing to herself

scattykatty · 18/09/2009 14:43

No, DS's party involved a cake and party food... and baloons. No entertainer, no bouncy castle, no face painter...they thought I was soooooo cheap. BUT HE WAS ONLY 1!!!

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:47

That was like DS's second birthday this week, without the friends as well though sigh....

I am wasting my time on here - because should be washing up (does EVERYONE else have a diswasher?), tidying round, going to PO and wanted to go to JL in Cheadle but don't know if can be bothered

scattykatty · 18/09/2009 14:50

Yes I would die without dishy DS only had my cousins children as we moved from Germany 2 weeks before his bday so he had no friends

CHEADLE! Go to Cheadle

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 14:52

oh gawd you are spurring me on to go!! I will have to rush around and get sorted...right I am leaving you all.....giving myself 20 mins to do jobs

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 15:26

Well took 25 mins, but all done pretty much

Too late to go over to Cheadle though SK 2 buses for me, dammit!

nicolamumof3 · 18/09/2009 18:23

nicolamumof3 · 18/09/2009 18:42

OP posts:
FlyMeToDunoon · 18/09/2009 18:50

Of course. Oh hun if you need any help just tell me.
Whisky?
Wedding will be a mixture of being able to hide under social chit chat and a bit of a strain I imagine.
Hell. Just a blip surely?

nicolamumof3 · 18/09/2009 18:53

i don't know said he wanted to leave me so quite definite!! had enough of my moaning!! and just day to day drudgery i think. i don't know....he's out atm with boys getting them food, i've been decorating. im going to do another coat i think, keep busy.

OP posts:
FlyMeToDunoon · 18/09/2009 18:59

Gah post didn't work.
I am here all evening.
Take care.

5inthebed · 18/09/2009 19:02

Oh Nicola {shock]

I'm on MSN if you need to talk

scattykatty · 18/09/2009 19:05

Nicola it's probably just a come down from the wedding you know, you have this big event to look forward to and then everything feels really flat afterwards for a while. Totally normal I'm sure he won't leave you, not with those lovely boys to think of!

maxybrown · 18/09/2009 19:06

sending you a hug. Is it just a moan do you think? Don't want to sound like I'm prying, didn't mean it like that though

Knickers0nmahead · 18/09/2009 19:58

oh Nicola I am sure it will just be the buzz wearing off from the wedding that's all. for you though.

BexieID · 18/09/2009 21:45

scatty, we got this for Tom for his 3rd birthday. I like the Ferrari, but we're F1 fans here .
