Well i think your mum should go into setting up her own business. I can't wrap a present very well either. Can't be bothered really. I like buying the present but kenny does all our wrapping and like your mum with his ocd tendencies are perfect right down to the swirly string stuff.

They just phoned nicola and her little voice was all high with trying not to tell me what they bought. Oh and guess what. While i was nappy changing Daniel for bed he said "I not want a nappy!!!" So i asked if he wanted to do a wee using the toilet and he said yes. So off we went and he was a bit scared and said no oh yes oh no and then let me perch him on and he forced a little trickle out and he was so excited. He asked to go back and forward gowd knows how many times.

However he had been a bit off yesterday and today and i think it's the bloody weather keeping us in. We are not getting out and about nearly as much as the paths are like ice rinks. He said he wanted his little girlfriend today that he has not seen for over a fortnight so maybe all a bit hyper like you say nicola.

DD2 finally back to school. DD3 still full of the cold and very grumpy. Nothing is right for her.luckily she is happy atm watching in the night garden.
Nice to actually leave the house and walk for a bit and managed to get two more presents on the way back without upsetting DD too much.
Agree stroppy children round the shops is very stressful. DD3 used to have me nearly in tears sometimes.

oh ladies i am so much in agreement with the hate for shopping with children. Olivia has always loved it but daniel hates with a passion anything to do with shops. We tend to do late night shopping on our own. Kenny worked till 6pm came home off out with Olivia to bet me something back in put Olivia to bed and the off out at 10pm to do a big food shop. Thats the way we always do it now because it is too much when kids are there. I have nearly been in tears too Dunoon. Not worth it eh?

I would like to do a donation thing and not send christmas cards. I know that sounds terrible but i think so much is spent on cards it could really be put to good use. Kenny always says he would much rather pick up the phone and wish someone a merry christmas and have a chat. Looks like he will be sending me a card this year

Nipper being collected sometime this week so I hope it's sooner rather than later.

Afternoon ladies. Well I was feeling slightly better yesterday and today feel like I've been hit by a bus. This sucks! i've so much to do asnd not been able to do anything.

DH being a complete prick now, he is ill and because I was feeling a touch better he is now expecting me to run after him and the boys. He hasn;t lifted a finger since Monday .

Anyway, enough moaning from me. I am yet to write any cards, need to get them done otherwise people will think I'm being incredibly rude. Sent DS2 to school with his cards and asked his 1:1 to write them out with him . SHe is lovely though and doesn't mind.

5in what a bloody shame for you. Your having a right nightmare. If i was you i would forget the christmas cards and do as little as possible. You have to rest if thats at all possible.
