Afternoon, just back from a great lunch at my friends. She has kids Daniel and Olivia's age. We came home so i could let Daniel have a little nap but had a fab little time.
Olivia promptly runs up to her grandads so she can continue the fun.

Flyme feel your pain with the pmt i also suffer really bad to the point where i am a bit unbalanced hope your nipper will give you a wee boost.

Have a fun packed day nicola and i would love to see what delish picnic your dh makes.

Geek that's a bargain let me know if you need to change the seat covers when it arrives as there is a hood sitting doing nothing here and it's brand new.

just relaxing a bit before i get all stressed for work.

I took the Nipper out and it was fun. DDs all cosy next to each other. Got shopping and lunch from Greggs! Then DDs started squabbling and of course it was a bit of a nightmare going home with them bashing each other and crying alternately in the pushchair. However the Nipper worked very well and I could even push it up the hills with them and shopping in.
I am thinking it may be my car substitute especially in the autumn term and rain. just bung DDs in with school and nursery stuff and off we go.

basl my dear I 'need' a double like a hole in the head
Not really sure if it is practical in any way. it is blocking my hallway atm and is a bit of a pain to fold. DD2 is nearly 6 fgs. her head is miles above the back of the seat.
I will probably sell it soon. Just enjoying it a little.

Oh don't do that to me. My dh would lose all will iykwm. Remember how daniels squished in before. Olivia would absolutely love that. Imagine wanting to play with a pram at my age

Maybe i need hoiked out then but i would only want to creep back in to play some more.

I even forced daniel to sit in my sisters little collection the other day and went for a walk with one up and down the block. The neighbors must be wondering what i was up to but listen i don't care this is the woman that asked a total stranger for a push of her buggy to see how i would get on with it. Now that is plain loony tunes that or common sense??

I asked a woman in Bluewater about her P&T when I was expecting DD3. I also have random conversation with practical strangers about their prams regularly. Everyone know I am a loon. Met a friend while I was out with the Nipper earlier and she just said 'oh yes' as if to say another one eh.
Am packing. Can you tell.
And basl you will never be hoiked out really.

I have had a day from hell...you wouldn't believe..

we went to chessington i got such a bad migraine i couldn't move off of a bench at the sea life centre. They called the first aid buggy for me to take me back to car park had to go home before we managed to get tom on any the big rides queues were 70mins each for the big rides so thought we would try at end when quieter.

Can you imagine me on the way home with a migraine, my god thought i would die on that car journey! Then Tate was sick everywhere as we left chessington!! Then terry had to stop car just as was coming off m25 for me to be sick the pain was awful still not right now!!

Am going to see my old school friends up in Edinburgh. A girly weekend. Might go and have a cup of tea at my mum's too
My Nipper is not really as described. Velcro at side of hood ripped, rip in raincover and quite used looking. Frame is fine I think.
I am not too bothered because I will have two hefty DDs making it more grubby and the seller was nice and chucked in a nipper sheepskin/fleecy liner and a newborn supprt thing too plus 6 pram hooks for shopping. Well packed too.

I am back!!! and i survived. It was not as bad as i imagined because lots on holiday so none of the staring at me i imagined. My boss was so nice to me tonight and really helped me relax. I think i am going to be ok with it and take my time.

Now nicola what a day!!!!! Those migranes sound dreadful. Do you not get prescribed meds for those. They do sound nasty and then tate not a good day at all. So sorry about that and by the way thankyou for thinking of me in between all of that. It did make me when i read that after everyone throwing up and everything. x

Ahhhhhh Flyme your coming to Edinburgh yeah!!! Are you going to go out? Have you been to the bar on George Street called Tiger lillys? Tis lovely. Oh i am of you having a girly weekend. Hope you have a fantastic time. xx

i take beta blockers that should prevent a migraine in the first place but they are not working it seems.

All the single ladies All the single ladies!!! We love that beyonce song in this house Lillypie Grin Daniel especially loves it [he has more butt to shake than Olivia.

We just had some country dancing music on in our house this morning and i am absolutely shattered. We have skipped up and down my livingroom/dining room and i feel like i have done a workout. Grin

Nicola i think you should go back and see about that or try a reflexologist or herbal meds. Smile and YES i do get in rather late but it means i get a run home. So when i can drive i will get home more near 00.30 so that would be a great help.

Basl so glad you got through your first night back at work, that's the hardest bit over the first night.

Nicola - yuk, you poor thing. Is your coil the one with the hormones? I'm not just being nosy, when I was on the pill it gave me migranes, changed several times but came off it for that reason (and super high BP)

All this talk of doubles!! I'd love a phil and teds for winter for playgroup walk if it's raining so dd could hop in the back. She's love it too, another lady has one for that and she nips in for a ride when the other little girl nips out!!

Volo paid for - yay!! Buyer bought it but did not pay, booked parcelforce for today and they came about half an hour later to collect it. We might go to Bristol shopping now, M and P, Ikea then John Lewis yummy!!

Shopping Carrie, sounds good to me. STEP AWAY FROM THE CHANGING BAGS Grin I think i am going to go to john lewis for the next shoe fitting. They are great. I remember clarks selling me first walking shoes for Olivia and JL shoe assistant was horrified. They pointed out she was still on tip toes and not ready for them even tho she could walk loads hence my independent shoe shop $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I have been really good on SW carrie and not dropped a Pounds. I really wonder if i have thyroid problems [hopes this is reason for fatness] I am so hot all the time, tired and huge stick out tummy compared to the rest of me. They say i have no problems but why can't i lose weight? No alchol, no picking kids meals and really cut back drastically and nothing. Confused

Yip get the phil and teds to add to your system carrie and that would be the ultimate pushchair system Grin Hope you enjoy your day. xx

Sorry forgot to say we are off to lunch at grandads with the dreaded ordeal of the Olivia bashing from her Auntie. Hate this so much but have to let Daniel get in there and olivia wants to go. Lets see how we get on today. My sister is coming to visit with her little chilmindy kids after 1pm so i have an excuse to leave and sound off to her when i get back in so you lovely ladies will be relieved of an ear bashing from me as i will have calmed down by then Grin
