You need an iphone Basl!

basl · 26/07/2010 12:16

Got a car charger today too.

basl · 26/07/2010 17:48

oh Maxy i am so excited for you. I bet you are going to have a fantastic time and great the three of you on adventure.

I am so glad about the calm stuff, i thought you were going to not bother like the foot stuff but sounds like you really are worried about the journey. Think happy thoughts and dream about being somewhere different and just don't allow a negative thought in your head. You will be so exhausted doing that you will fall asleep. Is it tomorrow you go? Sniff Sniff Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well i am def going to get a phone and yes i still have your number and no it's not on my stairs now it has been carefully filed away eh i think it is still on my pc.

Hope to catch up with you tonight anyway. xxx

maxybrown · 26/07/2010 18:27

hee hee. tried packing the car nightmare!

Off to collect the boy in a moment!

No, I am terrible for buying stuff for me, really I am, but do get very frightened in the car so I did heed your advice!

Right must dash, speak later xxxxxx

5inthebed · 26/07/2010 19:14

No Maxy wait! Come back! When are you away on holiday?

I've finished my jobs today, apart from washing loads of stuff ready to move, so can relax and chat on here tonight. Got to get up early tomorrow to get over to house for the gas safety check and getting some furniture delivered. Plus my dad is going to paper the kitchen.

Now I am trying to convice DH that a need a three wheeler or air tyred pram for the school run as all up hill on the way home. He isn't falling for it yet, but he soon will

nicolamumof3 · 26/07/2010 19:21

5in.

im home from Hastings had such a fabby day! chat more later once boys in bed and house sorted.

basl · 26/07/2010 19:31

oh look forward to the Maxy farewell chat

basl · 26/07/2010 21:26

Well i need to get into some serious bedtime routine after these holidays as my children are running rings round me. Daniel screamed so much last night he threw up his chocolate indulgence all over his bed and carpet.

Olivia enjoying this attention Daniel is getting as she is then sneaking out of bed and getting drinks and tonight i tried both them settling in my bed and it was like something out of super nanny. They were both screaming and laughing and Daniel was pretending to snore but it was so funny. So Olivia went to her own bed in a strop and then i tried daniel again in his cot and both settled eventually. He can scream that boy of mine.

Driving lesson today went well. Although the guy did say he wished i would relax a bit. I end up all hunched up and bright red but he said i was very good at listening and taking the instructions so that's a good sign eh

nicolamumof3 · 26/07/2010 21:39

good basl keep at it!

im soooo tired but staying up for eastenders. pondering doing a next AW order

my boys taking ages to go to sleep lately. Considering splitting them up!

sal1309 · 26/07/2010 22:01

evening all

hope ur all well

maxy hope you have a nice time camping.

basl glad the driving went well

well im in a dilema my mum is moaning about space so wants me to sell the bjcm as she thinks in 12 months time when we use it again ill want something different. So do i sell it or persuade her to keep it. If i sell how much do you think i will get for it, its blue with raincover?

basl · 26/07/2010 22:07

oh sal hiya i think 5in was looking for a bjcm again but i think she may be looking for a air tyre one not sure.
Does the bjcm really take up much space the wheels all come off and it does go flat. Shove under a spare bed or cupboard. Does your mum know you too well and thinks an expensive pushchair sat doing nothing to then get replaced I hear what your saying Sal's mum

Nicola is it the light that keeps them awake. Mine used to be so good at going to bed but we have to have a circus of lol and chasing and maybe when i get back to work the strict routine i had before will return Yeah right then. lol

5inthebed · 26/07/2010 22:15

I would love to buy it Sal, but moving is sucking my pram fund dry . Unless you'd take instalments . You could get £145+ for that if advertised right on Ebay as it is a rare colour. It would have been ideal for my school run as well .

I've always ben lucky with my three that they will go to bed when told. Ds2 has a rigid bed time and it is so hard keeping him up past 7!

basl · 26/07/2010 22:33

Well 5in i wonder if daniel should drop his afternoon nap but he is only 2 so surely still needs it.

Aww shame about the bjcm. Not meant to be is it

carrielou2007 · 26/07/2010 22:57

Basl, dd dropped her afternoon nap when she was 2 yet still does not go to sleep until about 9pm . Even now, with the mile walk to playgroup, same back and running around there like a loon no difference. She has to go up to her bedroom at 7.30, but by 8.15pm dvd has to be off and she has to be in bed and have story if not already. I'm a rubbish sleeper so think she is going to be the same. Sounds like good progress on driving

Love the purple volo, just need to sell black and green one before I give it to my CM to use just to get it out of the house!!

Maxy have a lovely time, are you going tomorrow have I missed saying goodbye??

5inthebed that is a true pramo, passing up the chance of your dream buggy not once but twice for your lovely new home for your bubs, they will never understand the sacrifice

C'mon Sal what have you really got your eye on

maxybrown · 26/07/2010 23:04

Am here, been mad busy!

Well have lovely chats all of you!

Send me messages please won't you?!

Won't be back online after tonight for a while now.

5in hope the move goes smoothly for you.

Basl - James still awake now if it is any consolation..........sigh. He has got much worse lately, though he has never needed much sleep.

basl · 26/07/2010 23:05
