I think it's very reasonably priced - terraced houses are more than that where I am! I assume she could afford it from selling up in Primrose Hill. I used to quite like her, I hope she's ditching the partner and moving on.

Why is she moving? Where is she going? Asking for a friend.

Apart from the hideous green windows and facia boards I think it’s just about my perfect house! Gorgeous.

The Coffee table must have about 25 books on it , some stacked 4 books high , just why ?

The idea that the rooms in the eves are bedrooms is a joke , you would have to get in bed from the foot of it and god knows how you'd change the sheets .

That said, clear all the clutter , throws , cushions and the myriad of stuff on the shelf over the oven ( how does she reach that lot ?)
Paint the front door , trim the conifers on the path and knock several zeros of the price and I'd ( maybe ) go for it.

I met IK socially many years ago and didnt like her much, though my first impressions radar is often wonky.

Agree that room doesn't really work, especially in pink- like being inside a sausage or maybe travelling down the birth canal.

Yuck. A house with that much clutter and fabric (and all those bits dangling from the beams, which must be impossible to dust) can't be clean. And the manky dog beds everywhere. I imagine that it must smell. And the conifers making a path at the front really need taking out.

Very claustrophobic. The goats are nice.

Lovely house but would look one thousand times better if empty. I know it’s always said that you should look past the decor but that’s almost impossible in this case.
