Very similar to my childhood home in a small town none too far away from this house.

I love it; I loved living in a house steeped in history. The beams felt protective. It was super warm in the winter (the enormous fireplace helped) and cool in the summer. The Tudor knew a bit about house building.

There was some wank about how he’s a changed man as he found a good woman to love implying they found each other after. But they were already together when these crimes happened so…

IIRC not only did she stand by him but her DD went to live full time with the father. She appears to have chosen a paedo over her child.
