It also needs a new boiler, the roof needs a clean (full of moss), and the soffits/gutters need replacing. And the garden looks like a jungle. Will probably take us ten years to get it exactly how we want it.

Sort out the many plumbing problems
Windows replaced with less draughty ones.

The whole house needs recarpeting too as the existing carpets are the ones that were put in when the house was built 30 odd years ago!

Sand and varnish all the timber floors
Re-paint all the walls

That's it.

Back and front garden completely remodelling.

Convert garage to get larger breakfast kitchen and turn kitchen in to dining room.
Convert loft to master bedroom with en-suite and lots of storage.
The third would be a toss up between a garden room/gym or re doing the drive.

Will probably never have the money to do most of that but if money was no object that's what I'd do.

Ooooo, a nice new wooden front door painted a nice shade of purple with a lovely knocker.
