its amazing how cheerful a little bit of soft furnishings and colour are.

I've followed the owner on Instagram for ages and love the way he sensitively treats his properties.

I love this and think the Hugenot houses are beautiful although I'm not sure Spitalfields would be the area of London I'd pick if I had £4m to spend.

It's ridiculous that the council tax band is the same as ours was at our previous house (worth around £300k five years ago)!

I hate bare floorboards, it looks like a really cold house.

I actually lol-ed at the stylised dead leaves in the yard 😂 This is beyond try hard. It’s someone without the slightest sense of humour. Far too serious about EVERYTHING

Although obviously you could redecorate etc looking at the house as it is now it does seem to be like the start of a film before technicolour appears… i’m getting splinters in my feet and arse vicariously just looking at the pictures. I also love how even his dog looks fucked off with the poor choice of comfy seating in his insta post 😆

I used to live on that street.

I’m loving how his more recent home purchase is becoming fuller with his lovely finds. I’ve also followed him on insta for years.
