An airing cupboard
More kitchen worktop space
Another spare bedroom

A second bathroom. I hate sharing our only bathroom when we have friends and family coming to stay. This is the first place I've lived in ages where I haven't had a second bathroom - didn't realise how useful it was!

A boot room with shower for my muddy retriever
A bigger laundry room

A hallway. Front door opens straight into the living room and it annoys me.

A hot water tap

Utility room, 4th bedroom, bi fold doors, a hob on a kitchen island, skylights, downstairs loo.

Downstairs shower room in case I need to live on one level in the future.

I could possibly get both of the above but it would mean butchering my decent size kitchen into three tiny rooms.
Smaller garden. Just enough for the bins and to peg out washing would do me.
Magic windows that let in fresh air but keep out flies, bees and wasps.

A sea view. I am so envious of those who have a sea view.
