A utility room.
I do a lot of laundry (a toddler & 12 week old baby!) and it’s never ending. Washing baskets upstairs, laundry that needs to be put away in piles around the house… if I had a utility room, I’d still have lots of laundry, but at least it would be hidden in one room!
