New Livingroom curtains. I have 2 huge bay windows in a long but not wide livingroom. Every pair I like would just make the room so so so dark. I think I need an interior designer to just re-do the whole bloody room. Also a little bit extra storage and a back garden that was suitable for our toddler. I’m greatful for what I do have though 🙂

The secret is to make the curtain pole wider than the windows, so that when the curtains are open the sit against the wall, and they do not cover the windows at all.

Oh and the stairs to go the right way round!

A utility room- first rental house I've had in 10 years that doesn't have one , and boy do I miss it

Wooden or carpeted hall- this one has cottage like cream tiles and underfloor heating- so always warm -but gets filthy in bad weather and rugs don't really work on it

To be able to combine our kitchen and dining room to make one huge room. It's a very old listed house and we're not permitted to knock the wall through.
