Anyone else selling?

We are about to be listed - photographer coming this week. Obsessively checking Rightmove but think we’ve already found the one (could easily go before we can put an offer in but that’s the one we are hoping for).

Anyone else? What position are you in?

Could it be the price? We’re very proceedable buyers with no chain, and we could pay full asking for properties we’re viewing. But majority of them needs a proper do up, whilst sellers think they’re fine. So we do say we like the building, but no offer because sellers looking for asking price. And 10 out of 10 times we’re right. Those properties sit unsold and either taken off the market or heavily reduced.

So just to keep you motivated EA comes up with random feedback and doesn’t tell you that there will be no offer.
