Am I the only one to think this is freaky?

I've been looking at house listings or some time, but have never seen one where the estate agent appears to have crept round & 'strategically placed' their logo'd merch all over the house. Does anyone else think this is weird/ a bit freaky, and would put them off buying?

Ew I hate that, looks awful. I wonder if they do that on home they think they won't sell easily, the merch is so distracting, it's hard to see the space.

It spoils all of the pictures. It doesn't help to sell the house at all.

It does look tacky, maybe they were trying to dress it up but had epic taste fail instead. I wonder if the sitting tenants get to keep the tat🤣

Either the agent owns the property or its a family member who cant afford their fees so has agreed to the advertising as part payment imo

How bloody weird! And I really dislike the outside photo with the houses either side in black & white, as well, it’s odd and a bit dated too.

Its a nice house though, just doesn’t need the bizarre branding.

I live round the corner and familiar with most of the agents, never heard of them. They must be a start up and think it's a cool way to raise brand awareness

I’m trying to work out if it’s a funny angle or if the side table has been placed in a position meaning that the front door doesn’t open, or if it does you immediately get a bruised shin from walking into the table.

It looks like a student house which would also make sense with tenants until June. I would guess its owned by the agents who rent it out furnished but tried to make it appear more homely for pictures to rent it out.

Missed another trick with the window frames in the first picture, those would have made the best giant red Hs.

Bizarre! Its ruined every photo, literally cant see past the branding! it steals the focus of every photo and not in a good way at all.

They only have one other house for sale and haven’t done it on that one.

Red naturally draws attention in any photo. It's something you learn in basic photography training.

None of them has estate agency experience, though all have renovated houses. A fledging business so good luck to them, but maybe burn the cushions!

I guessed before clicking the link which agency it was! I live in a completely different part of the country but the local branch does it with all their listings here too. Bizarre.

I've seen it before! Usually it's when the estate agents are the current landlord
