Omg - I love the wall/ceiling paint. Not expecting to but it's awesome. All the fittings, carpets etc are awful so clearly must have not been owner occupied.
The wall art reminds me of Lily Van Der Stokke, whose work I love.

I'm perplexed by the room in photo 6. The wall is literally a blank canvas I wounded why it was never decorated?!

Excellent price though for what isn't a dreadful area. Could be a great flat but yes to "cosmetic upgrading".

I think that's a brilliant price for a three bedroom flat in that area. Assuming all it needs is thorough redecorating someone is going to get an absolute bargain!

Offers over. It will not go for £72k. I am not up to speed with the property market in Glasgow but 10% to 20% over the asking price is fairly common which would be £79 - £86k ish.

These "cottage flats" are very very standard construction for ex-local authority housing in Scotland. Block of 4, two ground floor flats accessed by the doors you can see on the first photo at the front, the two upper flats are accessed by doors at the side of the property. So each flat has its own front door with no communal areas. Also sometimes known as an "upper villa". It's hard to tell from the photos whether this is the upstairs or downstairs flat.

Pic 7 , is it the painting on the ceiling that makes it look like the wall are not straight or is it just me .

I wonder if they painted like this jyst before it went on the market to get in MN and get free advertising and hike the pice up .

That’s a really decent well-built cottage flat in a nice area, close to the city centre with good transport links. I suspect it will go gif around 100k, but for 3 bedrooms it’s stilll a bargain.

I'm speechless. It so amazing ....... ly awful.

I even looked to see if it was anywhere near me so I could book a viewing. Sadly it is 100s of miles away.
