Offers over. It will not go for £72k. I am not up to speed with the property market in Glasgow but 10% to 20% over the asking price is fairly common which would be £79 - £86k ish.
These "cottage flats" are very very standard construction for ex-local authority housing in Scotland. Block of 4, two ground floor flats accessed by the doors you can see on the first photo at the front, the two upper flats are accessed by doors at the side of the property. So each flat has its own front door with no communal areas. Also sometimes known as an "upper villa". It's hard to tell from the photos whether this is the upstairs or downstairs flat.
