Lol at "tastefully" in the EA description. Love Art Deco houses. The decoration is not in any way tasteful.

I think the spiral staircase must go to the book loft (the only room with books) which you can also spy at the top of the purple bedroom. but that is definitely missing from the floorplan.

the only thing i like about it is the swimming pool and the bedroom with the sloping roof , everything else is horrible . the whole house looks sterile and bland ,no character at all with just a load of art deco features / bright colours to liven it up . even the garden is just a boring lawn .

Even the grass is verging on joining in!

How bizarre that even with all that colour it’s still so utterly soulless
