I love most of it!

ouch321 · 09/07/2020 21:02

I think the purple garage gives an excellent hint of what is to come.

I admire their brave take on colour though. No grey for them.

Lougle · 09/07/2020 21:03

Wow - a 'pop' of colour indeed!

afinetoothcomb · 09/07/2020 21:03

I love it. It's like the house in Nanny McPhee 😁

FatherBrownsBicycle · 09/07/2020 21:03

Weirdly boring kitchen and bathroom given that they have spent so much time painting murals on other walls.

I would love to know what the owners look like! It will take ages to strip those spindles.

SpeedofaSloth · 09/07/2020 21:04

I love the bit on the underside of the stairs. I wouldn't be brave enough to decorate like that but I do sort of admire it.

pinkyboots1 · 09/07/2020 21:05

I love as it is but think they could push it even further, some of the rooms are oddly plain

Alltheyoungpups · 09/07/2020 21:05

I like it! Very carefully considered I would say, so refreshing to see not a blob of grey!

Villanemme · 09/07/2020 21:07

Love it! The antithesis of the current love of grey

WisestIsShe · 09/07/2020 21:08

@afinetoothcomb

I love it. It's like the house in Nanny McPhee 😁
Yes! And the house from the second nanny mcphee has been my imaginary dream home for years. I think some of it's great, I hate all white/pale grey.
AKissAndASmile · 09/07/2020 21:08

Obviously very loud, but the house itself is lovely. Good find OP Grin

Legoandloldolls · 09/07/2020 21:09

I love it. I think I would have change it though

HollyBollyBooBoo · 09/07/2020 21:10

So disappointed by the kitchen! Those cabinets are perfect for painting!

DareDevil223 · 09/07/2020 21:12

the owner's passion for the arts is evident
Masterly understatement from the estate agent there... Grin

SummerDayWinterEvenings · 09/07/2020 21:12

I love it and it's a good price!

Polkadotpjs · 09/07/2020 21:13

I wish people would use the correct its in the estate agent notes.
Other than that I think it looks like a cool and well- loved house. But the pink would have to go. Right now.

Allington · 09/07/2020 21:14

What's with the dress/coat in photos 12 & 13?!

LuckyLuckyWoman · 09/07/2020 21:14

Love the house.... the decor not so much :)

seekingwaxwings · 09/07/2020 21:15

I love it, love love love it. It's like Sophie Ellis Bextor's house - could also imagine Helena Bonham Carter living there.

Habbyhadno · 09/07/2020 21:15

Definitely a fan of the Clapton poster and the random seat opposite the loo 😆

Tr1skel1on · 09/07/2020 21:17

I love it, it's brilliant! I'd far rather live there than in a fashion fad, dull grey, house.

wowfudge · 09/07/2020 21:17

Someone likes a stencil or fifty. Lovely house, but very personal decor.

MagentaRocks · 09/07/2020 21:19

Love the house but I would tone it down a bit. Looks fab though. I like it is eccentric.

pussycatinboots · 09/07/2020 21:23

Anyone spot the cat on top of the dresser in pic 5?

PAND0RA · 09/07/2020 21:23

I love it ! Even though it’s the antithesis of my own house.

What a shame to have spent all that time and creativity on the house and neglected the potentially beautiful garden.
