The photo is the least of it. That advert is rubbish! Poorly written and poorly edited.

That looks utterly ridiculous, he looks like an arrogant prat. It would really put me off, if it was listed with two agents I'd go with the other!

I'm looking at a house that's up with four different agents and I'm going to enquire through the agent that has the best listing. I used to think it was pointless to have more than one agent but I've been really surprised at how many miss important information off the adverts. ie, one has taken much better quality and quantity of photos, added the detailed floor plan, the video tour and the proper list of all rooms with dimensions.
The others have taken a noticeably more half arsed approach with loads of stuff missing! 😬

There's TOO much SHOUTING IN the DESCRIPTION. It hurt my HEAD so I stopped READING it.

I can't easily see from my phone whether the agents other listings are equally as bonkers. If so, why oh why would you use them?! They must be dirt cheap!

The building looks fantastic and the grounds are lovely but my god, I've never seen such a depressing flat. It's so dated and 'flat' inside. I'd probably kill myself on those stairs too.
