Saw this whilst browsing earlier...Got to love an agent adding a photo of themselves to sell the property 😂

Brentwood is an anagram of Bored Town.

Awful, pretentious wanker. I would run a mile from an estate agent like that. He can't write either. He's like the poster child for the 80's, if only he'd have rolled up his blazer sleeves. Twat.

I think he tries to be different, sometimes it works, clearly sometimes it doesnt.
I suggest checking out their insta!

Well that didn't disappoint! Unsurprisingly lots of butt clenching inspirational quotes Grin

Just CALL US or press REQUEST MORE DETAILS (Green button) in RIGHTMOVE. Done.

If someone was in the position to drop half a million on an apartment, I'd hope they'd be smart enough to figure out how to contact the agent to request a viewing without needing to have it spelt out to them. IN. CAPS. Grin

The advert sounds like those American promos featuring the big balloon men with the wavy arms.

LOOK. Alan Partridge has moved into ESTATE AGENCY.

Maybe they’re Australian from one of the more provincial cities? It’s common to put your picture at the end of a listing there. That would also explain why they are dressed like that and think that someone living in a 3 bed flat worth £500k is a high earner and finds the whole garage designed to fit a RR really impressive. Or it might just be because it’s Essex.

Don't US estate agents always stick their faces on For Sale boards etc? Maybe just another transatlantic crossover

Haha, yes they do. But in America you have to be licensed to be a realtor rather than be a 19 year old whose mother still cleans his suits* like here, so they're showing off qualifications and you would choose a specific realtor based on liking them and wanting to work closely with them.

*This is 100% true and happened on our first ever viewing Grin
