I switched between hearing this as Peter Dickson or Barry Scott. Either way, I wouldn't buy a property from him. I'd be more interested in the service charge than the ROLLS ROYCE sized GARAGE.

It’s like they avoided taking photos of the actual property, photos of the agent, photos of everything outside, and about 4 pictures of the actual flat... very odd.

There's an estate agent in my city which feels the need to dedicate 50% of the For Sale sign with a huge photo of themselves

I walked past one earlier and thought to myself "what a @&$""

Reminds me of the way Hyacinth Bucket would write up a description of an apartment for sale! At least it's a lot bigger than the one she bought where poor Emmet, the next door neighbour, gets his head stuck up in the attic😂

I really really do hope a mumsnetter buys it . Look at the pictures of all the cars parked in the car park.

Can you imagine the parking thread? The angst? The complications? The notes left on the car windows? The vitriol on the house whatsap? The diagrams? The colour coding that would be needed? The penguin bollards.........

Unless the agent comes with the flat like some kind of butler we don't need his picture! The lack of a floorplan and full description makes me think this flat has a weird layout.

That's hilarious. We had our house on the market with this agency.

@MandosHatHair exactly. Much as I appreciate his enthusiasm, I feel like I know a lot about him but not so much about the flat. Like, what's that weird below floor type bit? There's a staircase which I can't work out where it is. Why are there pictures of a sunny woodland glade and benches? And one of horses? Do these all come with the flat? Where exactly is the space for my rolls Royce and how do I access it? What is the layout and floor plan? Etc.

He's actually really nice! Runs the agency with his wife. Known as a bit of a character round here

Our advert was a lot better than this one....especially as I corrected a lot of it ha!
I think he tries to be different, sometimes it works, clearly sometimes it doesnt.

It's awful, as is the flat itself.

mintich VERY communicative and proactive but sadly it didn't sell. We did some home improvements and then put it on with a different agent and it sold quickly,

I thought it was the entire building was thinking ooh 500k that's cheap 🤦‍♀️

So given that only HIGH PERFORMERS or HIGH EARNERS can live there, do they check whether you are a HIGH PERFORMER OR HIGH EARNER BEFORE YOU VIEW?
